These bad boys tear into wood. Be careful and practice on some junk wood first. These can cut so deep groves and patterns into the wood like it is cutting through soft butter. I am going to do some cleaning up of some wood figures I have rough cut and put together. These will be huge time savers.

The media could not be loaded. Short lived lifespan, hence they’re going back. I’ve had them for a week, used them for a day, and all are dull. For something designed to carve wood, I expect more; apparently, that means spending more. As another reviewer pointed out; this company could corner the market, if only they’d use better quality materials. Raw materials rarely compromise much of the total COGS, and better quality materials would convert this return into a five star review…

The black one Hogs away material faster than anything I've seen. I was reminded very quickly the importance of a guard for the blade I usually run my angle grinder without a guard but if that thing catches your shirt you're done for

This isn't an expensive high quality carving tool. This is an inexpensive copy. You get what you pay for. I was hoping for better and faster would removal, but it's giving me my money's worth. I wish I would have held out, saved a little more, and got the better quality disc carvers, But I have these and use them. They do work, but they're not awesome. I don't understand why these companies don't make them just a little better. A small amount of change to the production could add so much value to the discs. They could be monopolizing the market with inexpensive disks that do just as good as the others. Why make a disc if it's not as good as the better ones? I guess to make a quick buck... I would recommend to the company to improve the quality, and maybe charge a few dollars more. As long as they stay under the top manufacturers and price, they could dominate the market!!! They do work and I do recommend them - if you're looking to work a little longer and a little harder yourself. If you want the disc to work hard and fast and that you working hard and fast, spend more money and get the high quality more expensive ones. But for the price, I do recommend them!
