These cut off wheels are great and work well. They fit as it should and the perfect thickness. Long lasting for my needs. I have also used the 6 inch but were too thin so these I got 1/16 thick and work better.

Great cutter wheel. I cut 25” of 3/16” steel with one wheel and only lost 1/4”, believe the 5 star reviews and check out these photos. One think to think about, I have two angle grinders, one is 11,000 rpm and the other is 10,000 rpm. The blades are rated at 8,500 max rpm! If you run these blades at higher rpm than 8,500 they begin to oscillate and distort or vibrate. This will cause immediate failure. I plugged my grinder into a power reducer and the blades cut like a champ!

The media could not be loaded. First off I do a lot of metal work. I work as a part of the maintenance team in a manufacturing plant , so I spend a good amount of time repairing fixtures and machinery. At home I do a small amount of custom fabrication as a little side income, so I don’t know if I day passed that I’m not cutting or welding something . These discs are thin and accurate, and only remove a small amount of material . The cut they leave is smooth and straight. They hold up longer than any other disc I have used before . I mostly use the 4.5” disks just because the grinder is smaller and less tiresome to use for hours at a time . But when I have a lot of thick material to cut through the 7” is the ticket . I will caution you that it’s import not to use the 7” in a 4.5” grinder , if they don’t have the support of the larger machine they will distort and wave / wobble . I have never had a 7” do that when using the proper tool , and never have seen the 4.5 do that at all . You get a lot of usage out of the disks . If you watch my video I’m pressing hard into the cuts TRYING to really test these things (I’m sure you can hear the grinder struggle ) and caused more ware and tear than normal . You really can’t beat the price or the performance of these disks . Cut safe and enjoy !!

Im a welder and use these all the time,i like them better than the normal blue red or yellow brands. These disks dont harden up while you cut and are way less expensive . Great product and well made
