This is not a review of the product, which worked great until it didn't. This is a review of a great seller who was so quick to replace my items, it was like they read my mind. I bought some M12 batteries for my Milwaukee tools. They are inexpensive copies and I have always had good luck with them, whether for Dewalt, Ryobi, or in this case, Milwaukee. I had the pair for 3 weeks, used and charged them a few times and was perfectly satisfied. Then, early Monday morning, one of them would not charge. I had 5 minutes before I left for work so I requested a replacement and printed the return tags. Tuesday before noon. the replacements were on my porch. I was able to use their packaging to send the others back. In this time with materials and service being scarce, I was awe struck. So give these items a try, if for nothing else, you have the confidence that if you get a random faulty battery, these guys will replace it immediately. ... show more

UPDATE 12-19 These are absolutely terrible and so is the customer service. Went to use one the other day and found that both tabs that lock the battery into the tool just broke off rendering the battery useless. Reached out to Vanon customer service for them to give me a run around and tell me to reach out to the Amazon seller which is Vanon. Even when you go into the support tab, it tells you to reach out to Vanon via their website which I did. Luckily these were a short term buy but don’t expect quality out of these or the 1 year warranty to mean anything either. These batteries seem decent. I usually don’t buy knock off’s but I figured I’d give them a try while I wait for the 5.0 High output batteries to come out from Milwaukee. I’ve used them so far in my M12 fan and impact and the battery life is very similar to the authentic 6.0 batteries. The battery cases do not have any rubber overmold for protection and they are a little loose but seem to lock in and hold in the tools just fine. Only time will tell as far as how long these will last and how well they will perform once the cold weather comes. End of the day, I would buy these again if I had to as a short term solution.
