I have the 10" Upgraded version. Excellent Rain Shower, good hand shower. Great quality build for the Rain Shower. The hand shower performance isn't as good as the shower head this replaces. If my water pressure were a bit better the hand shower might perform better. I would prefer to attach the filter first so both shower heads are filtered using a single filter. There are no instructions for how to do that and I didn't try that because that doesn't seem to be a supported arrangement. I've asked for the seller to comment, but so far the seller hasn't responded about placing the filter first. You could purchase a second filter to accomplish the same thing, but that increases the maintenance cost. Overall, I'm delighted with the experience. Easy to install, everything except a wrench or pliers is included. ... show more

I had this shower head for 4 months now and it still works great. It’s easy to install-just spread the parts and read the instructions carefully. It certainly look as it appears in pictures. The water pressure is enough to have a relaxing shower experience. If you’re using the typical shower head, this will certainly upgrade your showering experience. This comes with shower hooks which has sharp edges. I hope they can do something about this because I got a cut on my finger while reaching for the scrub. This is the only thing that I’d like changed, otherwise it’s a good product. ... show more

This is our first filtered water set. We really liked this shower head and handheld combo. It works great and you can feel the difference in the water once the filter is installed. Good water pressure, simple yet nice design, square shower head evenly distributes the water, the multiple settings of the handheld shower makes it pretty useful including a power option that’s great to clean after you shower. Also, we’d like to share the customer service of this company was very responsive and effective. There’s a minor issue with the filter that was replaced without a problem and the part arrived fairly quick. It is very easy to install. The water pressure is good. I spent couple weeks to search on Amazon. I bought another Shower Head combo before this one but I had to return right away as the shipping box and some accessories were broken. The water pressure is not strong at all, I don't know because of the water filler in on the top that slow down the water pressure but it didn't impress me. I wish the hand spray have a option to turn off and on because if you are shorter then 5,2" then you can't reach the on off switch on the top. But if you let both the spray and the shower head on then the spray is ok but the shower head become a dust drops, water came out very little not even wet your skin. I will try for a few more days to see if I can keep it or find another set. ... show more

So I’m not the type to take the time to write reviews but this has me on to write this review. I kept this item because it was too late to return it. But I really think this shower head was a waste of my money. The water that comes out has a very bad pressure and definitely you don’t feel like being under the rain instead you feel under water drought. I find myself reaching a lot to the hand held spray to finish washing my hair good. I don’t recommend this item, find another shower head. ... show more
