I bought this trampoline in September of 2023. In March 2024 one of our bars bent making the trampoline unusable. I got on line to contact Lyromix and was super disappointed to find out there was no contact number just email. I just thought I was going to get the run around but I have to say I was completely wrong. They responded to the email promptly. I was sent a new bar to replace the broken bar as well. Then when I took the trampoline down so I could reassemble it with the new bar I noticed another piece had broken. Once again I was emailed back promptly and sent the additional piece that was damaged. I got my replacement parts in a week from emailing the company. I'm very satisfied with the product and customer service that was given. This is my trampoline reassembled with the new parts back together for the kids to play on!! ... show more

I don’t normally write reviews. I have had this trampoline for almost a year now. Had an issue with the frame which I figured would be on me to fix I have had several trampolines over the last 15 years and at this point I probably could assemble and dismantle them with my eyes closed. They really only last so long! If I were reviewing this trampoline alone I would say it’s an adequate trampoline. Stands up to Mother Nature as much as it can, sturdy and my kids enjoy it! But wow to their customer service, it was so excellent that I had to come on here and share. If you’re on the fence I would definitely buy this trampoline just based on how great their service is. They emailed me back within 6 hours and shipped me parts at no charge and they arrived very Quick. My kids are back to bouncing their energy out! They definitely stand by their product! ... show more

This trampoline is literally the biggest piece of Chinese garbage I have ever bought. I will list the reasons why. 1. It is unsafe and not sturdy at all because the hardware that is supposed to be for the legs does not fit properly and sits loosely in the holes so the legs can shift and move freely potentially causing a collapse of the whole trampoline. I actually had to buy my own bolts to fix this issue and make modifications to it to make it safer. 2. The instructions for assembly are horrible and will leave you figuring out how to build the trampoline on your own for most of it because the pictures and step by step instructions are awful. The pictures showing specific hardware parts are so small that you cannot identify what part you are supposed to be using and more importantly how it is supposed to fit. 3. The straps that secure the top of the net to the poles are cheap and poor craftsmanship. The first day it was even the slightest bit breezy they came undone. I had to put duct tape around then just to keep the net secured to the poles. Overall you get what you pay for. This was a cheaper option for a 16ft trampoline and it is poorly made, unsafe and not sturdy at all. ... show more

    • Seems Off at First but comes together perfectly!!
This trampoline turned out pretty good for our son! He loves the net and the basketball hoop so much that the sprinkler just ends up being a cherry on top. It was a little wonky at first on construction, but we noticed the tension from springing up the trampoline helped it all come together the right way, and it took about 3-4 hours with me and my wife. It comes in 2 separate boxes altogether. We were missing the 2 steps for our ladder, so I had to reach out to their customer service for them, and they had no problem sending us new pieces (albeit, without the screws needed to screw them into the ladder) that took about 2 weeks to show up The only other problem we had was that the net broke after the first time zipping it, or the 6th tooth from the bottom just wasn't there in the first place, so reattaching would just make it split up on hitting that tooth, and they remedied this with a $20 credit, which is fine, but kind of a pain, considering it's 40 minimum for a new one on Amazon, and they could've just sent a new net. Overall, it's a nice trampoline, and the customer service were as helpful as they could be with the missing parts, so I appreciate them for that, just wish they could've done more for a net that seemed to be messed up when it arrived. ... show more

Wasn’t the size I ordered. I ordered a 12ft and when it got here it was the smallest trampoline. Disappointing. The package was, however neatly packaged, no missing parts, fit together nicely and was easy to put together.
