I picked this up mainly to see if my kids would enjoy some of the games I used to play back in the day. They actually love it. The controllers work well enough, and having two of them right out of the box makes it easy for us to play together. We hooked it up to the living room TV—super simple—and before I knew it, they were hooked on those pixelated side scrollers. This little setup brought back memories the moment I turned it on. It’s wild how much they fit into such a compact stick. The fact that everything’s already loaded and ready means I didn’t have to mess around downloading or updating anything. The controllers are wireless, which makes playing with someone else feel more modern even though the games are old-school. They feel okay in the hand, definitely usable for longer plays. The set includes eight thumb grips, which I used right away—they really do improve the grip without being bulky.

What I like most is how compact everything is. No huge console or stack of cartridges—just the stick, two controllers, and you’re ready. The controllers connect wirelessly and feel nice in hand, and the range has been strong with no weird disconnects. I haven’t gone through all the games yet, but the selection is full of older titles I haven’t seen in years.

This little retro game system is like a time machine, but one that fits in the palm of your hand. I’ve been using it casually since I got it and it’s been a fun trip down memory lane. The console is plug-and-play with HDMI, so setup took less than five minutes. It’s got a stack of preloaded games that really cover a lot of the old-school hits. Honestly didn’t expect much, but this little game stick surprised me. It came with 8 thumb grip caps, which I didn’t think I needed until I tried them. They're comfy and make a difference. The setup was fast. I plugged it into the TV and started playing almost right away. No extra apps or anything.

I fired it up recently with a friend and we got way too into some of the 2-player games. The wireless controllers made it easy to sit back on the couch without dragging cables across the floor. It’s just plug-and-play, which was a relief—nothing complicated. The visuals actually look decent on a bigger screen too. The included grip covers help with comfort during longer sessions. I didn’t think I'd care, but they’re a nice bonus and there’s enough to change them up.
