Good quality. I shopped for over an hour looking at different baskets. I am glad I chose this one. I was little worried about it fitting the handlebar post on an electric scooter that my college studnt uses to get to classes. You know the scooters with a thicker handlebar post than a bike. This fit it well. It has small rubber pads you put between the post and the mounting bracket. This will help keep it from rattling. They include some cheap tools to install. These will get the job done if you don't have any tools. I installed it myself. A second pair of hands to hold it in place, when putting the bolts in might make it a bit easier, but it's not really hard to install by one person. The bolts are a shade long. You could put it on an even larget post than I did. I'd suggest putting the bolts in the mounting brackets so the bolt heads are facing the rider. This would put the long end of the bolt, where you put the nut on, facing forward under the basket. This way the rider doesn't get scratched if they brush against them. At some point I'll probably get some shorter bolts and nylock nuts from the hardware store. I am in no hurry, these are working fine. The folding basket is spring loaded. Watch for getting pinched folding it, or opening it. The springs are a little strong. I actual like that, I figure the springs will weaken over time, like most do. it does fold flat and does not take much space when you are not using it. The basket is a decent size. It can carry books, a laptop or other student stuff. Maybe two plastic grocery bags, or a fast food takeout bag. The tote bag is fairly heavy cloth/nylon. It has velcro strips to secure it to the basket if you want. It has a couple of carry handles. The zipper is good quality. I would not call it waterproof only because mosture could get in around the zipper, but it will keep the weather off things. In a downpour you might get some drops inside. Really good, needs to be tightened especially well otherwise it can unbalance you and make you fall on a scooter. I would recommend using different bolts than what comes with it and thicker washers so that the bolts don't eat through the mount. If you don't plan to collapse the basket offten secure it with zip ties. The velcro with ruin anything knit, my favorite purple slacks were ruined. Maybe use a different bag. Otherwise good product, got hit by a car and it's hardly dented. ... show more

Great product can't live without it. It's the only way I can get around right now being injured. I attached it to my knee scooter and it carries everything I need to get around the house. Easy in and easy off when removing it from my knee scooter because of the lever alltachment. I highly recommend.

Very sturdy and has a nice stable feel to it. I don't use the bag but only the straps to make sure things don't fall out. Decent size overall to attach onto my scooter (navee v40). No instructions to install like others said but it was self explanatory. Only thing I disliked it is that I did not know where to unlatch the basket when I took it out of the box, because it came already collapsed. Almost cut my finger when I found the latch and the whole thing busted open with a lot more force than I thought. When I need to fold my scooter, I'll try to collapse the basket all the way but it is pretty difficult to unlatch the hook again so I just latch it halfway or so. Small bumps cause it to unlatch but honestly not a big deal. All in all, great product. As described and does what it needs to do. ... show more

My work is downtown so getting to and from lunch places can take a bit. I invested in a scooter but still had trouble with getting items transported safely and not spilling. This basket is perfect! It accommodates anything I order and eliminates and chance of dropping my lunch. I did do a slight modification to handle to go containers that are larger than the basket. I end up velcroing the front piece down and it becomes a flatbed which works perfectly! This is well worth the money! ... show more

I really like the basket! The mounting bracket is sturdy I love the way it folds up and comes off the bracket. It's sturdy and strong, and the bag has handles so you can carry it. The basket also has handles if you choose to use them!

Yes, it is very sturdy, but the bolts come loose very often. It originally had four, but I am now using only three because one loosened and fell off while I was riding. If two more come loose, the basket will become completely useless. Considering I paid around forty dollars for this product, it is very disappointing. ... show more
