Good enough for the price, easy to install. However 2 things. I replaced a 15 year old corroded switch with this and lost light and lock functionality despite using the same 2 wires connected as indicated. Next, if you follow the instructions, you will end up installing the back plate twice because the directions show the mounting holes oriented a certain way, but if you screw it into the wall like that, the switch plate will be upside down. ... show more

    • OUTER HOUSING BUTTON PANEL DIFFICULT TO REMOVE AFTER SECURING WITHOUT DAMAGING
The item works but the downfall is removing the outer button shell panel from the wall plate after you secure it to the wall. It WILL become damaged (i.e. plastic snaps) when trying to remove outer shell if you have to make any adjustments to wiring, location, and etc. after snap in place. NOTE: ORIGINAL/AUTHENTIC Lift Master Control Panels DO NOT come with a back wall plate that secures flat to the wall so very easy to remove from the wall. ... show more
