What I like that the bungee cords are long and the netting stretch pretty wide. Dislike the hooks are light plastic and 2 different sizes. Seems like they will brake under some stress level. But change them out you are good to go

Got this for my husbands motorcycle for Christmas. When he was stretching it on, I could hear tiny rips tearings around the edges. Overall it feels cheaply made, but does the job for now. Hopefully it'll hold!

I have a scooter and the under seat storage while good, this item when used on the passenger part of my seat allows me to carry items not too big and are held down and kept in place by this netted and stretchy web. The hooks fit around the hand grip that the extra rider would use.
