The media could not be loaded. Overall I think it was a solid purchase. Unless you stream music from your phone, there is not a way to listen to the radio and android auto at the same time. I have tough and large fingers so the touch screen is glitchey for me, so I use a stylus and it works very well. Sound quality is better then my old radio it fit well in my BMW Z3, the back half if the face plate fits single din, the front 1/8" is about a 1/16 taller on the top and bottom. Side to side it is single din. This forces the radio to stand out a 1/8 from the mounting place. Overall, I think it looks good. The wireless connection was easy to set up, and connects to android auto on startup.

Works as expected. If you have above average speakers, you're going to want to get a 4 channel amplifier, the unit doesn't have enough power for my 6x8's. It starts having clipping issues with my speakers above 25 on the volume. Other than that its a decent unit. The wiring matches standard aftermarket coloring so if you've hardwired an aftermarket stereo before, its pretty straight forward.

Great android head unit for the price. The features are awesome. Wired and wireless Android auto works great. It was a little bigger than my original radio, but still looks great in the dash. The screen and features really brought my 2005 Crossfire into the modern age. The backup camera also works very well. There is however no option to remove the backup guide lines. Customer service was very quick to respond. I had an issue with the radio and connecting my S20 Ultra, but they were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this unit and Pyniro.

Save your money, it’s a joke product. Although the screen quality is fine (average at best). The sound quality and lag from the ui is unbearable. Subwoofer output has no controls, buzzing at low volume, sounds really bad. Stay clear of this product especially if you are expecting decent sound.

The media could not be loaded. Looks good, fit perfect on a 97 Civic but there some issues, back up camera works good but picture has some interference and turn to a black and white screen sometimes , it only lets connect one Bluetooth at a time, and can cause issues trying to connect another device but if there is only one driver no problem. Also the volume while on CarPlay doesn’t get loud and you can’t higher the volume from the phone. Overall the radio is good for the price.

I bought a wiring harness specifically for my vehicle. Still had to do a fair amount of wiring myself but it was much easier and more organized doing it that way. The head unit is great. It pairs faster than head units I have spent $500+ on. Would recommend this to anyone with a single din existing head unit. I will say, carplay and android auto look a little goofy on the small screen, but if that's all you have to work with, this unit is awesome for the price.

Review of an inexpensive touch screen CarPlay and Android compatible head for an air-cooled 911 AWESAFE CLP4A US Summary: Fit of the unit in the dash is good for an older pre-1998 Porsche 911 Audio quality is poor for music, even taking into account the noisy cabin in a 911 call The touchscreen interface is difficult to use due to icon sizes on the screen, low dash placement in a pre-1998 Porsche 911, and slow, inconsistent responsiveness to touch No connections for a rear amplifier or speakers, most cars are equipped with. Installation impressions: (1) The CLP4A head is always live when the ignition is on; it has no on/off switch. (2) The screen is too small and too low to use as an alternative to the phone's map display when the phone is in a cradle near the clock. (3) I can't seem to disable the map display function separately from the music/streaming app function. For this reason, it can't be connected to my phone for streaming music when I want to use Google Maps on my phone's display. (4) I did purchase a fader control for the rear speakers. (5) I used an aftermarket adapter between my old Alpine 16-pin plug connections to the 8-pin connector for the new unit. All the wiring colors and many of the point-to-point wiring on the adapter are wrong, so check the actual pin-to-pin connections and so I had to cut and resolder the adapter wires to map the pins correctly. (6) I attached the antenna amplifier to the ignition switch plus wire in addition to the radio, so both are powered when the ignition is on. (7) I attached the switched 12-volt antenna wire on the new unit to the power control wire going to the power amp, so the amp powers up when the unit is powered. (8) The new unit has one left and one right speaker output on a 2nd 8-pin connector. I did not use these features. The outputs to the speakers are relatively low power, so I can't be sure the quality of the sound using the unit's internal power amps will be satisfactory. AWESAFE CLP4A installed in the dash Final Review: The result is disappointing, and the performance is inadequate. Fit in the dash is good. Sound quality is not nearly as good as the previous Alpine head. Distortion is high enough to cause hearing fatigue at medium volumes, very disappointing. This alone is reason enough to not recommend the unit. Has a non-parametric equalizer but seems to have a fixed low-frequency cutoff, so DSP enhancement of the bass response is not possible. Touch screen sensitivity and reaction speed are not ideal, barely adequate, and annoying to use. When transferring display and input functions from my Android phone, I can't selectively decide what applications to access through the head vs the phone; the phone goes dark when the radio head display is live. This makes the use of Google Maps not feasible on the unit due to the location and size of the display. The only workaround is to decouple the phone from the head entirely. This precludes streaming audio or using the head's hands-free phone function at the same time as Google Maps on the phone display.
