    • do not purchase this item as it will not withstand the recoil from a modern firearm.
easy to install, came with a rubber strap to keep the two pieces that clamp to the scope barrel from slipping. the standard android phone fits in the adjustable bracket just fine, and it recorded the activity i wanted to record just fine. NOW for the one star rating. as soon as i squeezed the trigger the recoil from the firearm sent the phone flying. the phone was fine, the mount however shattered leaving me with a worthless piece of equipment that now i must throw away. it was literally and figuratively a one shot throw away apparatus. save your money buy something else. ... show more

Mounts easily enough, thought it would be trick to use a old phone to record video or still pictures.

    • The phone holder clip broke
This mount worked well on the scope for the first few times. Though it appeared to me that to ensure that mount did not accidentally get hit by any tree branches or brush while carrying it through the woods, I removed the phone holder and carried it separate in my bag. While in the bottom of my bag, and facing down, the phone holder bracket that secures the phone in to the holder, broke when my bag was dropped on the road from my waist height. ... show more

    • Not impressed with the part that holds the phone
The mount to the scope is nice and sturdy, but the part that holds your phone is cheap plastic likely to break if put under any stress. Will likely return this item.

    • Does the job and affordable
As what my title said exactly, it did the job well and is at a great price point compared to alot of other holders. Btw used it for pellet rifle for pest control. Wouldnt recommend for far range or actual gun powder rifles. 5 stars 🌟

Bough it to mount on a rifle scope. Luckily, I tested it with a low recoiling 350 Legend and not a slug gun. First shot it launched and hit me in the forehead. Didn't hurt really but a 350 has about as low a recoil as you can get. 12 gauge slug gun would have given me stiches probably. I didn't even attempt a second shot. I threw it straight in the garbage. It has no up or down adjustment when on a scope, only side to side, so if you zoom in too much, the target is out of the frame. ... show more
