Work really well with all three of our smart TV's. Unfortunately my dog also finds them quite attractive, must be something about the crunch. Thankfully these arrive quickly. It's as easy as popping some batteries in the back and they're ready to go! They are light weight and easy to use.

These replacement remotes work great right out of the box. I like that they had Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ shortcut buttons. The items were shipped quickly and were well protected. Batteries were not included (as advertised), but I prefer to use my own batteries over the generic types that are usually included with these. Each remote takes 2 AAA batteries.

honestly no idea why the tv doesn’t come with this remote (or similar) automatically. i have the 43 inch UHD lg tv with thinQ + AI, and during tv set up it asked me to set up voice controls and i COULDNT because the remote they provide with the tv has no microphone!! make it make SENSE ???? anyway, this remote has some weight to it (in a great way) feels like it was made with quality. i’ve never had a tv remote that took AA batteries, so this one was a first, but i’m sure it’s needs a little more juice since it works like a wii remote with the cursor too, pretty cool! assuming it will have great battery life for this reason as well. the buttons feel satisfying to press and actually make sense for the layout, especially the volume control + channel control buttons, as opposed to the remote that came with the TV. TLDR: if you buy an LG smart tv this is definitely the remote you need. you could get the one LG sells but it’s like double the price and has too many buttons on it and feels clunky. this one is perfect! **UPDATE (after a couple weeks of owning) 1/10/25 okay i have one small note now lol. the only minor issue i have with this remote is the scroll/select button being the same button. sometimes i try to pause what im watching or select something with the button but its sensitive and will scroll a few notches, which ends up moving what is being selected and i have to press the “up” directional pad (or any other direction) in order to reset it to where it’s not the cursor anymore. sorry if this is confusing to read but basically i just wish there was a separate “select” button from the scroll button

So we decided to embark on the journey of a natural disaster of a cute little smushy face fart cannon of a french bulldog that goes by the name of Oakley Finn. He has destroyed my eye glasses, my daughters Ugg slipper shoes(she should have kept the gate shut), her air pods(she never puts them up and constantly loses them), amongst many other miscellaneous less expensive things.... he's so quick and sneaky. He's like a toddler. You know what they say, a quiet toddler is never a good toddler.... same goes for gassy little fart cannons also. So amongst the ever growing list of things he's destroyed, he snatched up the remote and chewed it to bits. Finding a roku remote for an onn smart TV was amazing in and of itself. Finding one that all I had to do was pop batteries in the remote and press the power button just to have it work without any programming..... HEAVEN SENT!!! Works exactly as it should. Came super fast, literally next day at the end of December. Unreal!! Thinking of buying another 2 pack for backups for the tiny but mighty destroyer Mr. Finn. Recommend 10/10 definitely would buy again. It won't survive the test of my adorable little destroyer, but it for certain will serve the purpose needed.
