This has the look and feel of a good quality handlebar bag. The material used seems strong. The zippers work smoothly. There is a larger main compartment and a smaller compartment in the front. The back of the bag, which would be the part that rests against the handlebar, is padded. The main compartment has two inner pockets to help keep your items organized. There is enough room for a phone, wallet, keys, and other items. The mounting system uses adjustable Velcro straps, which I believe should work with most bikes. Great functional size for child’s electric motorcycle. He loves it for his snacks on adventures. It’s waterproof, the zipper is easy enough for a 4 year old to do and seems like the build quality should last. The look overall is great.

It's pretty universal, I don't see a scenario where it wouldn't fit a scooter, bike, etc. The fabric itself is pretty water resistant.
