Rug is soft. However, I only wish it didn't have a white bend line straight down the middle that will not go away. Rugs should be rolled up and shipped. Not folded, vacuum sealed and shipped. This causes white damage lines where it was folded that will NOT go away. Vaccuming it, stretching it out, washing it, ect., nothing will make it go away. It's definitely an eye sore and takes away from the beautiful rug that I paid a high price for. If it wasn't for that, I'd give it 5 stars. But I'm so disappointed in this and it's embarrassing to have my centerpiece rug in my living room look like that. I think I should get aleast some money refunded back for this because it is not as it looks in pictures and they ruined it by folding it up instead of rolling it, and it was not cheap. It's also not black as I selected, it's clearly dark grey. See pictures attached. ... show more
