Bluetooth call volume to weak to be heard (useless), using either the internal, or the external mike. FM PRESETS are to easy to loose by pressing the wrong spot on the screen. The GPS navigation is alright using Google map. However, the unit crap out, and just shows the android symbol, and the unit won't reset when the reset is pushed. Lasted only about 3 months. Update, the unit took a week to install a factory upgrade. The Bluetooth call volume is adjustable now, to where the Bluetooth calling is usable. ... show more

I had to pay for installation on this radio, and when it arrived he did not function at all. I am in the process of returning this item, and will update if return goes smoothly. I am very disappointed because now I will have to pay for an installation fee again.
