Small sized as in if you are over 5’7” your arms are probably going to be too long to be properly covered. If you have built arms, say more muscle mass than the average lady or guy…these will be too small. Upper arm band is very narrow. These are supposed to be unisex. I am an adult female and they are way too short to cover my arms. They barely last my elbow. There is no way an averaged sized adult man would be able to wear these and have their entire arms covered. Super disappointing.
