I purchased this rug for an apartment. I wanted something that was it super expensive because I have two young children. It took a while for the rug to lay flat, but once it did it has worked out really well for us.

We bought the rug for our toddlers room. Rug is ok, looks nice in her room but very very thin not just in feel but the toddler bed which obviously doesn't have sharp legs looks like it's putting a hole through it because it's so thin. Rug was obviously going to have some creases from being rolled, but even after 2 weeks (last pic) of trying to flatten there were still a few areas with big creases. It's taken about a month or just over to flatten a little more. The biggest issue I have is that 1 end of the carpet was already dirty when we opened it up (it had supposedly been fully wrapped in plastic at least when it was sent to us). There was also a random black thread sticking up which had to be cut down as much as possible. ... show more

I was home when my rug was delivered and was excited to check it out. I opened the plastic it was wrapped in. The rug itself was beautiful but there was an awful smell to it. It was damp and smelled like mold. There were care instructions on a paper wrapped up inside the rug that were completely dampened and smelled badly. I decided to keep the rug and clean it up. I had to use baking soda and vinegar to work the smell out. Then I ended up scrubbing it again with laundry detergent and a stain remover and a light scrub brush and water. Then I completely rinsed the rug with a garden hose to get everything out and it cleaned up amazingly well. Wherever the rug was stored before arriving to me must have been wet for a long time or in a flooded warehouse. It’s hard to say. Nice rug but smelled terrible and it took a lot of my time, effort and cleaning products to get it in the condition it should have been in when it arrived. ... show more

Rug comes in many sizes and colors which is a plus. Doesn’t look as nice as the pictures though. Mine came with rolled edges and month or more later and they’re still somewhat rolled. Wear is ok, not great. But it’s easy to clean and an affordable floor cover.
