This carpet was full in thickness and texture, no smells, true to color.This carpet unrolled nicely to the space each time. Has a cloth like unscathy back. You will need slip resistant corner pads or full pad. Delivery was prompt. I would buy this product again.

Ok if you are expecting angora or cashmere softness, then pay more and choose something else. These are cute, soft enough for my bedside/under desk use, easy to clean for a shag and affordable. Definitely fits the bill for me. Bought 3 so far, the charcoal gray and the sandy brown.

I shoped this purchase to death on all online stores and regular stores. So when I finally decided on this purchase I held my breath and crossed my fingers. My incentive for purchasing this rug after looking for months was the color (ivory) and the 10 x 13 size. The rug is nice and fluffy and well-made. The reason for four stars rather than five is you can see (if you look closely) that the backing of the rug which should match the the rug color (ivory) but it is gray/black and you can see the backing through the fibers. The size/color and the price was the incentive for the purchase. Knowing what I know I would still purchase this rug. For the price I think it is a great value. Better than other sites and other brands. I bought a rug pad for underneath the rug and ended up not using because it was not necessary so l returned the $90 pad which also brought this purchase to a great price point. So, I had this rug for 3 years. I know you're thinking you want a shag rug. It's ok I did too. You see all the pretty styled photos on Pinterest and Instagram and think omg that looks soft and plush and pretty and adds so much texture to the space. Yeah... they do in the photos. The thing is, in those photos you don't see how it looks when it's lived with. In the product images... no one lives there. Those influencer spaces on social media... they show it freshly styled and vacuumed. What they don't show is how it looks after its walked on multiple times per day. It looks like how a footpath through tall grass looks. They don't show how it catches every single bit of stuff. Bits of paper. Fuzzy bits of something you aren't actually sure where it came from because you own nothing fuzzy. Crumbs from your nephew who stayed overnight, but didnt even eat near the rug. Also, no vacuum thoroughly cleans a shag rug. They claim to... but no. Basically... if you want to live with a giant swiffer duster on your floor that you can't put in the washer.... get a big shag rug. ... show more

I love this rug, not too tall of a shag to show foot prints when you walk on it, which is what I prefer. Not soft, just good old shag. Color is taupe, a lighter shade of taupe and it's all good for me. I have had it in the dining room for a week letting it flatten out. Lots of areas needed books and chairs on the edges and it's straightening out. Still haven't put it in LR but I believe it will be perfect. Whoever packaged it could have straightened out the one end when rolling it up because that's the end I'm working on -- but it's there now so putting in down today. Not a bad rug for the price. And I believe it will be easy to spot clean and keep up even with a dog in the house. ... show more
