Found that to take out the wrinkles in the rug to do the following: Wet a piece of cloth (I used a cotton pillow case) - wring out most of the water - take your steam iron and CAREFULLY iron on top of the wet cloth which on top of the wrinkle. Really love this rug! The pattern is absolutely beautiful and the dogs love it too! Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the edges came frayed, and you could see the backing of the rug coming out. Had to go in with my scissors and try and snip some of it out so it looked normal. But the price is great so can’t complain too much. Might buy one for the living room as well! ... show more

I am happy with my purchase and would buy again. The rug was well packaged and flattened out overnight so there's no curly corners. This rug is soft and comfortable. We did put a felt rug pad so it is cushy too. My dogs immediately laid on it - approved before I even trimmed the rug pad. I don’t know how I could expect any better from an inexpensive area carpet! This is my 3rd carpet purchase from Unique Looms and as usual great quality. First, they arrive super fast. Unrolled it, laid it down, turned the edges under and by the next day it was laying flat and slight waves unnoticeable. This was a new color for me (brown/ivory). The quality of this rug was everything as described, it had more of the ivory color that I wasn’t wanting so I shipped back and it cost me 16.00 to ship back, which was a shock to me bc I assumed it was free returns. No issues with the rug just not pleased with the return fee.
