This is well worth the money! It looks beautiful in my living room. I'm going to get plants to put on top because it looks like a tall end table. I bought the largest size cause I have a big dog. Two women-my friend & I, with no experience in building things, put it together in 3hrs! Considering we both have back problems, that was great timing. The instructions were easy to follow. The wood is beautiful -not particle board stuff- its heavy so this crate is sturdy. It doesn't move when my dog is in. It is strong as a table as well Update 2/6/23 My dog apparently jumped on the door until it broke! The lock on the kennel does not support the whole door. This went together pretty easily (took about 1 hour). It looks nice and our dog really likes it. It isn't the most sturdy construction (comparable to the cheapest Ikea furniture). I would recommend wood glue on the dowels. I don't think this would survive very many moves. For the price, it's about what I expected though. ... show more

This table crate is ideal if your pet is already crate trained. I bought two, one for my new dog and one for my older dog. My older dog tore his to shreds because he’s not crate trained and hated the thought of a crate, my new dog loves it and goes in for chill time by herself. I’m glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews. Despite the delivery guy being rough with the box, nothing was damaged or defective. Very sturdy and beautiful crate. I would add a second inner lock for the double doors to keep it more secure. It is strange construction to have the inner door lock be on the top of the door rather than the bottom. To have 2 on one door inside would be optimal. I was able to assemble in about an hour with 1 screw driver. I agree with another reviewer to assemble all 4 sides before dropping it into the base. Not for puppies or dogs who are rough on crates (heavy pawing and chewing) best suited for calmer adult dogs who are already crate trained. My 25lb French Bulldog fits perfectly in the medium with room to spare for either food and water or a puppy pad next to a smaller bed inside. I don’t care for the bed it comes with. Tan is not my first choice and I think it’s slightly smaller than the interior dimensions. I’ll keep it for a while because it was free but I plan on replacing it with a thicker, nicer bed. ... show more
