The item shipped quickly for the price point, it’s honestly a steal. The heat output is very strong and nice. The quality is amazing. My only feedback would be that the item was marked as delivered although there was a second package that had not yet arrived. I had to contact the seller to get the second package tracking info. Additionally, the doors have pretty large gaps at the top and side which looks a little funky if you know it’s there. Could be user error, but is unlikely as I followed the instructions thoroughly and the gaps sizes are identical for both doors. I also used the pre made holes and markings. This is an amazing tv stand for the price. It came fast, the flames and all additional features work and look great, and it came with all its parts. It was a great size and perfect for my 65inch. It was definitely a bit tricky to assemble but only because my fiance and I are not handymen and overthink everything lol, it’s relatively easy though with great instructions to follow with good diagrams. Love it- great flame and the aesthetic. Sturdy and heavy, perfect size for my 55” tv. BUT it took 6 hours (not exaggerating) to set up over two days. Make sure you put parts C and D on correctly being mindful of the holes for the doors—learned the hard way. Overall good value.

Received my order 2 days after making my purchase. Everything arrived at the same time and nothing was missing nor damaged. I’m very happy about that. My husband assembled it in approximately 2 hours or so. The box that has all of the boards is very heavy, but the fireplace is lightweight. The TV sits pretty high up and I love it. The fireplace remote does require batteries and they’re not included. I think the price is fair, it’s beautiful. ❤️❤️ ... show more

It was easy to put together my old man didn't scream or cuss once! It really classes up the joint and makes our new little home special!! Looking for 2 matching side cabinets & shelves. It's beautiful. We are so happy with this purchase. I might get a few more for the bedrooms. I don't know why people would complain about this. The media could not be loaded. Arrived in 2 pieces one box was EXTREMELY HEAVY. I would highly recommend grabbing a friend to help you it makes this 10x easier. Instructions were easy to understand as long as you pay attention and don't go skipping ahead. I did use a drill for some parts but went slow that helped speed up the process. took less than 2 hrs to get going. This was 100% what we wanted.
