The item shipped quickly for the price point, it’s honestly a steal. The heat output is very strong and nice. The quality is amazing. My only feedback would be that the item was marked as delivered although there was a second package that had not yet arrived. I had to contact the seller to get the second package tracking info. Additionally, the doors have pretty large gaps at the top and side which looks a little funky if you know it’s there. Could be user error, but is unlikely as I followed the instructions thoroughly and the gaps sizes are identical for both doors. I also used the pre made holes and markings. Other than that, lovely product. Super happy with my purchase. Instructions were easy to follow and clear. I put it together alone and didn’t need assistance.

This is an amazing tv stand for the price. It came fast, the flames and all additional features work and look great, and it came with all its parts. It was a great size and perfect for my 65inch. It was definitely a bit tricky to assemble but only because my fiance and I are not handymen and overthink everything lol, it’s relatively easy though with great instructions to follow with good diagrams. It only took us a few hours together to finish it. I’m super happy with the purchase.

Love it- great flame and the aesthetic. Sturdy and heavy, perfect size for my 55” tv. BUT it took 6 hours (not exaggerating) to set up over two days. Make sure you put parts C and D on correctly being mindful of the holes for the doors—learned the hard way. Overall good value.

This fields has so many features, many not even highlighted in their description. High quality, includes tempered glass shelves, soft/slow closing doors etc. I have only taken the time to give reviews of any product a few times in my life. THIS fireplace is so impressive and I love it so much I HAD to write a review. Some people talked about receiving damaged due to improper packaging, I did not experience that at all. Others talked about some difficulties assembling it, I again, did not experience that. In fact, I did most of it by myself, and I am usually challenged assembling furniture. Also, I was not in any way compensated for my review.

Tracking the items wasn’t easy as only 1 tracking # was given. Both items finally arrived and my husband was able to put it together fairly easily. It took about 2 hours. We love it. We do wish the heating element had more options. It only has increments of 5 ie…70, 75, 80 etc. It’s not strong enough to heat our entire apartment but we haven’t had to use our ac/heat. We also live in Florida tho where it’s not needed that often. All in all we are pleased.

Do NOT buy! After putting it together with instructions that were very incomplete, the 2nd box (the one they do NOT tell you at the time of purchase) finally arrives. Put it into the book shelf and the heater doesn't come on!! All the pretty lights do not keep the chill off. There is no phone number in which to communicate with company or to get some troubleshooting with. And I wasn't given a user's manual with it either.
