This hoverboard is awesome. Compared to my daughter's friends' boards, hers is definitely faster and rides smoothly. I was very hesitant to get her one, but she's not had any safety issues when riding like intended (now when not as intended is another thing...). The Bluetooth speaker is AMAZING. GREAT sound quality. The lights are bright. As with any hoverboard, do not leave it plugged in unattended and don't charge more than four hours. It does get hot. Also, with this one, don't entirely trust the battery gage. My daughter's was basically dead and showed full on both the board gage and plug light had turned green very shortly after plugging it in. I told her it wasn't ready, but she didn't listen. Barely got to the park and it died... Oh and the green is teal as we had hoped! ... show more

This hoverboard was advertised as self-balancing, which it clearly is not. My oldest son has a Razor that is self balanced which means, when you turn it on, the hoverboard stabilizes and balances so you can get on without it twisting on you. The board throws its passenger off the moment you get on. One side is slower than the other so it is constantly spinning in circles. Riding is challenging, even for my experienced 12 year old who has been riding his Razor for years. Charger for battery did not work either. We had to use a similar charger. Thankfully we had one as this was a Christmas present from Santa. Very disappointed. On top of all of this, exchanging the item is a pain in the butt, even through Amazon as I have to go directly through the seller to return or be issued a refund. So now I can’t even replace the item quickly because I have to wait on the seller. ... show more

Charged it before Christmas so kiddos could it enjoy it on Christmas day and the battery died about 10 minutes after they unwrapped it. We thought it was possibly because we charged it ahead of time and then wrapped it. We have tried charging it for 2-3 hours and then trying but it only holds out for 20-ish minutes. Then we tried to charge it over night and that didnt help either. I wont return it as my kids have already used it but seems like the biggest rip off for sure. We bought two of these and the kids caught on great. These have been used indoors and outdoors and held up very well for the 4 months so far! Charge is sufficient, Bluetooth isn't amazing but it's great for kids and gets pretty loud. Great buy for the price, basic but good quality! I purchased another for the younger sibling and UNI-SUN was great to work with on an issue... highly recommended! ... show more

We bought this as a birthday present for my oldest son. He absolutely loves the hover board and the fact that he can play his favorite music over the Bluetooth speakers. Our only issue with this hover board is the fact that the battery doesn’t last very long. The longest he has been able to ride silt before plugging it back up is about 30 minutes. ... show more
