FEATURES ARE EXCELLENT This tablet is very thin and lightweight, strong construction, designed really well. Comes with Google Play and Android 13 installed. The octa-core CPU with 4G RAM makes for a quick-performance tablet that can handle the games and apps in today's app store. It's well equipt for watching YouTube, movies, playing touchscreen games, and internet browsing. The camera at 8MP front-facing and 13 MP rear is crisp and clear - great for photos, and making videos or video calls. The rear camera does have a flash. Has speaker holes on both sides of the tablet, sound output is clear. Also has an earphone jack port, in case you want to plug in. Another amazing feature of this tablet is that it has an internal GPS chipset, which is really awesome for finding this device if lost and also great for on-the-go maps where wifi is unavailable. The screen resolution is 1280*800, which isn't the highest on the market right now but the tradeoff is that this tablet's battery life lasts a lot longer. Been running games as a test, and the battery does well, in standby mode holds a charge, has been on and off for over 5 days and the battery is still good at 47%. Has 128 GB internal storage, and storage is expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card. You can use nanoSIM card as well for phone/data plan. THE CASE & PRE-INSTALLED SCREEN PROTECTOR ARE A GREAT ADDITION One of the most thoughtful attributes that UMIDIGI accounted for is the protective case it comes with. It has a durable rubber feel, spongey yet hard, and it does really well at absorbing shock. (It's quite impressive and essential protection to have when giving to kids to play with)! The back has a handle that folds out and makes a really sturdy stand for the tablet. Sometimes it's hard to find cases for specific devices, and it's very convenient that it comes with this case. Also came with a pre-installed screen protector - another nice touch that saves you time trying to find and install one aftermarket. THE DRAWING STYLUS FUNCTIONS WELL The stylus offers two tip styles: 1. One side is the standard soft rubber touch type 2. The second side (inside the cap) is a drawing pen with a circular clear rotating tip - it's more delicate but it is nice for use with the drawing mode. The drawing app was fun, it has interactive coloring pages where you can take a front-facing photo of your face and put it in the drawing. :) KIDS APPS PRE-INSTALLED, ANDROID OFFERS PARENTAL CONTROLS Has a few good apps for kids pre-installed like: YTube Kids, and Drawing coloring books, and iWawa Kids Park. OVERALL GREAT PERFORMANCE TABLET In conclusion, I'm pretty amazed with this tablet. It has lots of capabilities with a sturdy yet sleek design. It's well-equipt to be a kids' tablet with external protection but also packs the internal powerhouse utilities to be used by adults on a professional level as well. The media could not be loaded. Excellent tablet, especially for the cost. I usually don't like Android tablets, but this one was surprising. The case is a light but thick foam, the tablet itself will be durable too because it's metal and glass except for a thin antenna band at the top. I tried some of the kids games and they're pretty alright. The screen is pretty good, some backlight bleed and it is the resolution marked in the specs so not super sharp but it looks good, nice and bright with great colors. It seems to be pretty fast, of course this might change with age. I was able to play Asphalt 8 at good graphics settings and it ran really well with no skipping, and I've been using it lately to look at socials and stuff. I also use it when I want to play music on something. It also supports game controllers connected via usb and I would imaging bluetooth would work as well. The umidigi kids software works really well, it comes with games and also has a kids filtered play store, youtube kids, etc. You can set up the kids software so it is locked and can't be exited as well without a pin code. This whole set up is really a full fledged good quality android tablet, with great kids software as well. ... show more

This tablet is very good for the price and the things it can do. I am especially surprised by the fact that it also takes a SIM card. For a kid's table and the price, I wasn't expecting such a function. I also like the screen size. It is large without being too big. It has a bulky cover to prevent kids from damaging it, but when you take out the cover, the device feels very sturdy. The speed is not bad either. Again, considering the price, and the intended main users, it is more than enough. I find that the screen responds a bit slow at times but again, I don't think it will be an issue for kids. It has a pre-installed app for kids which looks very good. I am yet to explore all the things in it. I am also curious how long the subscription will last, but I see an option to upgrade to a premium for under $2 a month. I think this is a very good deal. I am satisfied with the price and what this tablet offers. I have yet to find anything that beats this price. ... show more

It's a nice device, it feels very well-made, and the metal finish is beautiful. The cover is really sturdy, you can tell it protects the device very well, but being so robust becomes uncomfortable when trying to press the volume and power buttons. The camera is very good for a tablet in this price range. The screen is very nice, as well as the sound. The 6,000 mAh battery lasts all day and more, a very good battery. I don't know why, but the touch response is not always great; you have to tap more than once occasionally. ... show more

For the price point, I did not expect this tablet to be so good. The old iPad we had was just too bulky and big to bring around and the battery life wasn’t so great anymore so I got this for long road trips to occupy my tot, and wow, i am beyond impressed! The size is perfect (used a post-it for visual reference) and the the case is tough (and also tough to remove!) so it’s pretty sturdy. Love that it has a built in screen protector and stylus. The stylus, although a nice addition, is really just okay. If you have a little artist, I’d suggest getting one with a better tip. Also kinda wished it had a stylus holder, but that’s an easy fix. I gotta say though, the tablet looks so sleek and beautiful without the kids case. Was really not expecting that! It also has a sim slot so I might get a prepaid sim just for this for it to not rely on wifi. The built in kids app is great, impressed with the lock feature, but downside is the subscription costs. The unlocked apps are good enough though, but if you want to just limit your child to one app, the subscription would be worth it. Overall, a really surprisingly great tablet.
