This umbrella is exactly what I expected to look like in term of dimensions but it's heavier than I expected which is not bad given that I bought the larger 54 inch size. I opened it and faced the sun and there was no hole in it. I haven't tested it under water/rain and wind yet, but I think that it'll perform well. If your height is shorter than 5'11" and you don't expect to use it under heavy rain, I'd suggest you to buy their smaller size. Edit: After a couples of days, I can definitely say that the weight is noticeable when used for more than 1hr, but it's also solid during high wind. I kind of regret a little bit for not going for the smaller size because the longer I keep on using it, the heavier it seems to be. I'll just buy their smaller size whenever I can. ... show more

I really like my umbrella. It is large enough for two adults to stand or walk under comfortably. The open/close feature works well and is one of the reasons I purchased this product. I also wanted an inverted umbrella and this one not only inverts when it closes, the water rolls off the outer layer so well that there's hardly any water to deal with at all. I sent an email to Lanbrella asking them to register my product for the warranty, and Joey responded very quickly and was super helpful. I answered a few questions they asked about the issue and sent them supporting photos. They promptly responded by letting me know that they shipped a new umbrella to me. It arrived yesterday February 7, 2023 one day early. This was very fast considering the time lapse included the weekend. My replacement umbrella is absolutely gorgeous. I love the design of this umbrella. It is unique with the floral design fabric on the underside and the solid fabric on the top side of the umbrella. It is a great size, and easy to open and close. I love how the Lanbrella collapses the opposite way, not leaving dripping water all over when you set it down. I loved the first one I got so much (46”), I ordered a 2nd one (the 54”). They work great and are durable. What’s even better is their customer support. They are extremely responsive if you contact them and will honor their warranty. They make you feel like a valued customer and very much want to hear your input to continually improve their products. I had a very small issue with the strap on my lanbrella and after contacting them, they sent me a brand new replacement.
