    • Very happy for my first reverse Hinged umbrella
I ordered three of these from this seller for a trip to Ireland based on their size and ease of storage in a medium sized bag. The small looped handle is elastic and also very comfortable to secure around your wrist. The folding mechanism ensures that additional water does not spill out over your hands or clothing. The push button open and close mechanism works flawlessly and is strong enough that the umbrella completely contracts to easily pull back down into the handle and secure in place. They were sturdy, windproof, and completely waterproof. Although the price point is a little higher compared to other brands on Amazon, they ARE of superior construction. I highly recommend them based on their quality and durability. Well worth the additional money to ensure that your purchase lasts a long time. ... show more

    • Best costumer service ever!!! Great product too!!!
I know it’s a little strange to give a company 5 stars for a product that came to me defective. However, the tag that was attached to my umbrella said “if there was any problems to let them know and they would make it right”. So, I emailed them on Friday evening and I had and email from them Monday morning. Not only did they apologize for taking so long to get back to me. They said they would replace it. No questions asked! I told them that we’re having an extremely wet summer here and my daughter had just started back to school. I wanted her to be able to stay dry and not get sick. This crazy Covid virus has me worried about her. They checked To see how to get it to me as quickly as possible. And decided to order it from amazon to get it to me in two days. If they shipped it themselves it would take a week to get it here. I have never had such great costumer service anywhere before. They went way above and beyond what anybody else would do. Their umbrella offers everything I want in an umbrella. It’s big (almost the size of a golf umbrella), it collapses to make it small enough to fit in my daughters book bag, it’s a push button open/close and it’s a reversible umbrella so she won’t get wet when she closes it plus getting in the car is a breeze all while the water stays out!’ This is the best company!!! I wish all companies would back their product like this one does!! If you need an umbrella you would be crazy to shop anywhere else! ... show more

    • Wonderful automatic umbrella
I ordered 3 Lanbrella umbrellas in December 2022. As it seldom rains in Los Angeles, we have used only a few times per year. However, when it started to rain this year, my son tried the umbrella, but the open-close button got stuck and he could not open the umbrella anymore. I contacted Lanbrella. They asked me to email the original Amazon invoice and sent a video of the defective umbrella. Eventually the Lanbrella staff was able to send me a replacement umbrella quickly. The new umbrella works great. I like its style and vibrant colors. The umbrella is light weight and compact. I highly recommend Lanbrella umbrellas. ... show more

    • overall, a great umbrella
I live in Florida and rain can get pretty bad here, so I was looking forward to an upgrade to my dinky $8 Target umbrella. Pros: Coverage is great. The umbrella is large and curves downward instead of outward (like an average umbrella) which keeps me out of the rain more effectively than my old umbrella. This umbrella also closes with the top part going inward and away from you so the wet raindrops stay inside the umbrella instead of on you. This is a big plus when you don't have access to those umbrella bags in public. And you can neatly put the umbrella back in its cover when you're done! It's pretty compact, but not as compact as a regular small umbrella. I keep mine in my backpack pocket and it mostly sticks out but I don't really care. It fits and it hasn't fallen out. Cons: the umbrella is not windproof which I was looking specifically for in an umbrella. The pros outweigh the cons for me but still it was disappointing getting an umbrella that I expected to be windproof to then betray me when I was caught in hard, windy rain. The umbrella will surely keep you out of the rain and keeps me and my laptop (in my backpack) safe BUT if you live in a particularly windy place and want a specifically windproof umbrella, look elsewhere. Just a final note, the windproof issue is not *huge*. It'll mess up but you can just pull the top back and then your umbrella is fine again. It's just an inconvenience. ... show more

    • Amazing umbrella, exceptional customer service.
This umbrella is beautiful and sturdy and I love that it has a warranty. I had a small issue and the customer service that I received was unexpected and above and beyond. They were attentive, helpful and keen to help. They ended up replacing the umbrella which I was not expecting as I continued to use it because it still worked very well. I had to keep reminding myself that this was for an umbrella. I’ve received less helpful service from the Fruit company after spending thousands of dollars. The auto open close is convenient and I love that it inverts when closed which is perfect for getting unto public transport. I am picking up extras for my mom, sisters and my gym bag and have told everyone who will listen about the amazing product and service. Now you may think that it costs a bit much, but one of my favorite quotes (by Mark Walker) is that price is only an issue in the absence of value. ... show more

    • incredibly durable
Color: U2.1 Black Size: 54 INCH
I've bought a few over the years, and they’ve never let me down. They're incredibly durable — none of them have ever broken, even with regular use in rough weather. One of the best features is the inward-closing design, which helps keep water contained and away from you when closing the umbrella. It's a small detail that makes a big difference, especially when getting into a car or walking indoors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a long-lasting and smartly designed umbrella. ... show more
