I bought this to use for bread making. I have my own pharmaceutical weight set from pharmacy school, so I tested the accuracy using my known to be true weights on the scale. They weighed accurately on this scale. It is very easy to use, and figure out how to tare the container weight. Easy to clean, and hardly takes up any space when storing. Excellent purchase!
