I have been in the process of redecorating my condo again for the 4th time going in 15+years. I am not as young as I use to be but not old enough to do it myself. However, my body says otherwise after hours of twisting and turning most parts of my body. I have to lay down on a heating pad but that's a bandaid. I have a type of back brace I can use and do. It's seen better days but definitely help a great deal to keep my back in place, suppose my stature does better by it as well. I saw this and it looked similar to the one I have now but I couldn't do any worse by ordering this one, had to be better being new? When it arrived, along with some other boxes. I began to open it up along with some other boxes partially opened. When I got a "glimpse" of what was inside, I tore into the box. I was so excited to see if what I thought I peered was real. It was real, better than my current old belt. This is state of the art keeping your back straight and the rest of you kept where it belongs! It is padded for comfort, you can adjust it to fit exactly as it should. It's actually attractive! It's not bulky like my other one but never complained about it because the relief outweighed looks. Heck, this is thin enough you forget you're wearing it! Seriously Great! If you have any type of back problems, or upper back, like between your shoulder blades this is the answer to your prayers and will get you back on your feet and doing what you enjoy. INSTEAD of having to lay on heating pads for days until healed up and haired over to regain working. Say bye bye to those lost days and for having to remember to remove before going out! Those days are long, long gone! This beats the old ideas of what we think of as back supports, by far! I have lived with braces of all sorts all my life. My father had to wear one as his back was fused together, I wish he would have known about these or rather they had made them when he was still alive, he would have been in so much less pain. I understand that look of pain on his face. That pain he'd let show when he thought nobody was looking, I was. Little did I know I'd end up having to go through the same debilitating pain while doing the same things he did. I enjoy working on projects, good for your mind and body. But when your mind tells your body it hurts, you stop. Body and mind aren't talking anymore except to only say "I'm tired." It will wash up so easy too. The company looks top notch, I state that with all that I see went into making this article. But then when you look at the brochure included that shows an array of their apparel for those who have problems with joints in feet, arms, etc. Wow, I know where to go to get the best products for my skeletal problems. Thank you for your professionalism in making something that works, comfortable, attractive, breathability, thin, forget you're wearing it because it doesn't hurt! It's a God send, so grab it up for such a decent price, seen them in Big Box Store, costs 3x more than this! Love, love, love.

The sizing on this is great. I was afraid it would be too tight, but it really isn’t. The weight of it is perfect, and it is comfortable enough to wear for longer periods of time. I really wanted to wear this back brace while working at the computer and driving for Lyft, but I found that the brace rides up quite easily while I’m sitting. That means that it isn’t really doing its job of helping my posture. When I tried to tighten it to prevent it from riding up, it was too tight and just pushed up on my stomach, making me feel ill. So I’d recommend this brace for someone who stands a lot and has lower back pain from that. It does offer lumbar support in this circumstance, but it didn’t really help me at all when I really needed it (while seated for long periods of time).

This back brace, which specifies "for Lower Back Pain Relief", and includes a strategically placed little bump of a cushion in the back, which must be the referenced "Enhanced Lower Support System", has been very helpful after I 'tweaked' my back. It looked simple (and stretchy!) compared to other back braces I've seen, so I wasn't sure how supportive it would be, but I am very pleased with it. I have not always been impressed with the sizing of online purchases, and almost sized up, but I ordered the size that included my waist measurement with a few inches to spare, and it does actually overlap securely by a few inches. And I wasn't sure I'd be able to wear it for a helpful stretch of time. I hate feeling bound in by my clothes so much that I typically wear loose (ok, baggy) clothing--but the support and relief were so noticeable that this strong support just made me feel secure. I also appreciate the little "User Manual" that came with the back brace, and the sewn-in label--I wasn't really sure how to properly wash what they call "Yoga material" and while the price is very reasonable for all the relief this brace provides, I don't want to need to replace it sooner due to the not knowing. ALSO, I appreciate that the manual is in plain English. The flowery and/or awkwardly translated written materials that come with many Amazon purchases often make me smile (truly), but I am not using a back brace for fun. Usually when I inadvertently tweak my back I have a rough time recuperating--it seems like ANY physical effort I make after that makes it worse, and requires LONGER recuperation. Using this brace for a few hours each day allowed me to keep up with simple household tasks and even short walks, so I wasn't stressing about not getting anything done, or left shocked at how much muscle strength I'd lost in only a few days of enforced idleness. For me, this is huge. I highly recommend this back brace for those who (like me) occasionally have to wonder "what the heck did I DO to leave my back screaming at me like this?? And how am I going to keep up with my life when the slightest movement now just seems to make it worse??" (And don't forget to check for an Amazon coupon under the price, in case it is even MORE reasonable just for clicking on the box!)
