Love this blanket! It is the perfect thickness for a summer blanket. It's nice and light but keeps you warm enough. The material is very soft. Even though there are negative reviews on the blue color, we really like it. It's more of a mottled blue than a totally solid blue. I ordered two of the ombre light brown throws and couldn't wait to try one out, which resulted in a cozy afternoon nap. The color is true to the online picture and adds a light neutral warmth to the darker tones in my living room. The throw is thin and lightweight but surprisingly warm, and plenty long to easily cover me from shoulders to toes. (I'm 5'7") Although the drape is very soft, I wouldn't call the fabric itself soft. If your hands are a little dry or rough (which mine were today), the synthetic fur will catch slightly on your fingertips, which feels unpleasant. It won't be a deal breaker for me, but my partner will prefer a different throw for himself, as his hands get rough from his work, and he hates the feel of certain synthetics that catch on his skin.
