I've tried a handful of sticky bras over the years and these definitely do the trick! The double-sided adhesive is a huge perk of this specific brand and really makes a difference in keeping everything in place, making them perfect for any occasion between brunch, date nights, or even formal events. While some adhesive inserts can feel sticky, the cotton material on these is soft, breathable, and comfortable while staying put with no having to re-adjust! The medium size felt just right and give a really natural looking lift. I was hesitant about multiple uses, but these were super easy to hand wash and the adhesive is as good as new! Overall, a solid, reliable option if you want a little shape without dealing with straps or wires.

I was a little skeptical at first, but these sticky bra inserts exceeded my expectations. The quality is phenominal! $For reference I am a 36 DDD and I got the large size in beige, and they fit perfectly inside my sports bras and swimsuits without shifting around. They’re lightweight but give a noticeable lift and shape, which is exactly what I was looking for. I do like that they cover everything that needs to be covered (lol). They are very easy to use! The adhesive is strong but gentle on the skin — I’ve worn them through workouts and even at the pool, and they stayed in place the whole time and feel like i can wear them all day! I’ve reused them a few times already and they’re still sticking great after following the cleaning instructions. Highly recommend if you're looking for something to add a bit of shape and support without the discomfort of a traditional bra!

Perfect for all-day comfort and support! I was pleasantly surprised by how well these sticky bra pads work. They give a nice push-up effect without feeling heavy or uncomfortable.
