Well, no fault to the seller, but the schedule arrival time of the product came a day later due to delays. The product came in two inner layers.The outer side of the protective box had a strong order of weed and unfortunately some of the weed smell affected the inside of the product but the product itself was order free. Amazon do better!. I was also disappointed that the product foot rest does not feel comfortable enough for me. As a woman of 5'8" tall my knees are too up and my legs could be lower for easy comfort. Overall, my daughter says is easy for her now to take me to appointments with less effort and quicker mobility. It fits my life style, of both needing surgery and post surgery special needs or current disabilities. ... show more

Front wheels are so small we could even get into an elevator or over a mat at the hospital. We hade to back over everything. Wheels got stuck in cracks in a parking lot and tipped forward tossing my elderly aunt onto the ground. We returned this item.

I really like this chair for transport. It works just as described. I love the fold up design, easier for transport than any wheelchair I have used. I wouldn’t want to sit in it for an extended period time… not comfy. The Amazon product description says up to 300 lbs. The manual says up to 250 lbs. The person I use this chair for is about 5’6” and 220 lbs. any bigger girth, I would not recommend. ... show more
