Can be dangerous
If this unit produces an ultrasound wave, which it appears to do, it can only be utilized by trained and licensed health care provider, and may not be sold to the public. Ultrasound can cause serious burns, both to soft tissue (muscles, tendons and ligaments), as well as the periosteum of bone which could cause osteomyelitis - a serious bone infection..

Unit received cannot work
Although the LED indicators show the unit is on, there is actually no ultrasound emitted from the transducer. Can't feel any ultrasound even when the power is set to the maximum. Apply water droplets on the transducer head for testing, but no reaction even at maximum power. The unit received is without any labeling like QC passed.

Works good but it's so loud
This unit makes the most horrible, very loud beeping noise every time you set it and when time is up, there is no way to turn it off without hearing the screeching noise notifying you that the unit is turning off. Because of the horrible noise I use this unit sparingly when I really need to use it more often.

Worth the wait
So far so good. Been using for over a month. Def helps with pain and swelling. Took forever to get here... due to virus and such. But I would buy again.

Delivered BORKEN
After waiting over 2 weeks the product was delivered DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE. It has a red power switch in the back and such junk it had to be held in with your finger for the unit to get power! You let go and the units shuts down. Obviously no one checked the unit and the quality control is very low. For a piece of medical equipment I would go else where. To top it off, I went to Amazon to send it back and they advised I have to wait for the seller to review it to get return instructions! So, I have to say for Customer service they get 5 stars! With in a couple of days they issued a complete refund, no questions asked! Sad it didn't work but I cant say enough for the customer service so perhaps I just got the one off?
