I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put on and adjust. I just had spinal fusion surgery and I wanted to take every precaution so it would heal properly. Glad I got the L size, it gave me extra room to cinch the waist in for better support.

Pros: I'm 83 and newly introduced to significant lower back pain. This thing has made my back act like it did when I was 63 -- no problems. Cons: The packaging leaves something to be desired -- it comes in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box. It was impossible for me to get it out of the bag, and I almost cut one of the straps in two cutting the bag open. Just the box would have packaged it just fine. ... show more

Comfortable and excellent support.

Excellent! I have been wearing a back brace for over 10 years due to a spinal fusion, but it stopped helping after all that time. This one is amazing. The stiff support covers a large area length wise, and the straps let you control how tight you need it to be.
