This arrived set for dhcp, with fallback to 192.168.100.88, whichever you have connected at the time. I switched it to a static ip and added it as an NDI source at 4k to OBS, then added it via Sony visca to a tenveo kb300 pro controller. Everything was easy to set up and it works very well. The picture is very sharp and clear even at full optical zoom. (I never use digital zoom). The only thing that briefly tripped me up was after setting resolutions on the camera web page, I forgot to reboot the camera so OBS kept getting the wrong source resolution. I didn't notice right away because OBS scaled to the canvas on the input, and only upon recording/streaming or using studio mode did I see the teenie image centered in a 4k window. Overall, a solid camera, good picture, included full NDI, and very easy to set up and use.

I am so happy and grateful for this camera. Our church purchased it in May of this year and it is now December and we are still using it with the same exact quality and ease of use since day 1 out of the box. The quality is pristine, the movement is very good and the overall functionality is fantastic. Additionally, I could not be more satisfied with the amazing customer service I received. I had many issues on my end that had nothing to do with the camera itself and Ariel and the team at Prisual helped me resolve my issue so fast and effectively. They responded within minutes of my concerns and questions with detailed responded and personalized service. I am so happy and blessed with such fantastic care. They even reach out and ask how the camera is and if there’s anything I need help with or any way they could make the product work better. Have had this camera for a couple if weeks now and I bought the matching controller. It is well made and has a great image. I had some networking issues that I couldn’t get worked out so I contacted their lifetime tech support. They are 11 hours time difference from me however, I received contact back from Aerial within a hour! She was even on holiday! She was very kind and funny and VERY knowledgeable. We got everything worked out and I was able to use it for my event with no issues. Tge tech support was FANTASTIC! Thank you Aerial!

High-quality camera. Great optics. Works very well to videostream our church service. The controller makes it easy to operate camera, but the provided remote control or NDI app also work. The support is excellent. Ariel is great and is always quickly responsive. If you are not technically inclined like me, go directly to Ariel for setting up the system.

My church purchased this camera to use for our online streaming ministry. Purchased in April 2024. Several attempts to setup via our media team to NO AVAIL!! Took it to Best Buys Geek Squad. LONG story SHORT!! Their advice was to RETURN the camera. The manufacturers interface, need for a separate IP address, and the camera requiring to be directly connected to our router which isn't even IN the Sanctuary was beyond disappointing. Can't speak to the quality or performance of the camera because we couldn't get it SET UP to USE! What a WASTE of our SACRED time!

I am impressed with these little cameras. Our main PTZ camera system consists of three $7,000 Canon PTZs so I didn’t know what to expect from these being a small fraction of the price but they have been a pleasant surprise and I have used them for 6 months now. The image quality is great once you get the settings right. As with any camera, lighting is important. I have found that if you shoot with the iris wide open it will add a soft glow to bright spots in the image. I back my iris off a couple of clicks and gain up to compensate. The noise reduction works well to handle the higher gain. If I were to complain about anything it would be the minimum speed of the pan, tilt and zoom. I wish these could do those functions slower. Thats really the main difference I see between these and our much more expensive Canons. More precise motors. That said, these are great, especially for the price.

This is my first time using a ptz camera. My church was previously using a cell phone for livestreaming to facebook and it was time to upgrade. Though I watched tutorials online I really needed one on one support. Prisual staff made themselves available despite huge China-USA time difference. They were able to remotely take over the computer and make the adjustments that I desperately couldn't figure out on my own. I am extremely grateful and recommend 10/10!
