Strong bass, easy setup, good surround for the price! This system feels and looks high quality and durable. Initial setup was very easy using eARC HDMI (FireTV Stick → Panasonic VIERA 50" TV → sound bar). Bluetooth from the Fire TV Stick also works well NOTE: Before connecting the sound bar to a second Bluetooth device, such as a phone, you need to put the sound bar back into pairing mode again. The 10-inch subwoofer is very strong and fills my cathedral-ceiling family room nicely, delivering plenty of low, boomy bass. Tighter, punchier bass that some music fans may want for more detailed drum-heavy tracks is lacking. Subwoofer placement matters a lot, especially near walls or corners. Moving it even a couple of feet, or changing the direction the port faces, can make a noticeable difference. The surround effect is good, but my cathedral ceiling works against it somewhat. This system would perform even better in a room with a standard flat ceiling. Settings are straightforward, which I see as both a pro and a con. There is no auto-calibration, room correction, or microphone option, so you will need to experiment with speaker placement yourself. Surround levels can be adjusted from -6 to +6. Audio EQ settings are similar, though the custom EQ gives a bit more granular control. The Ultimae app is easy to navigate and gives access to the more detailed settings. The included Ultimae remote is also simple to use. Repeated presses of a function button cycle through settings, and the level number displays on the sound bar as you adjust it. Overall, this is a very good choice for someone who wants stronger-than-average subwoofer output in a system that is simple, effective, easy to use, and reasonably priced. A couple of limitations: At present, Amazon Fire TV remotes cannot be programmed to directly control this unit. The sound bar does power on and off through the TV’s HDMI connection, which helps considerably. In my case, I mainly use the included remote for volume or occasional bass adjustments. Also, if you pause playback longer than the sound bar’s time-out setting (which is adjustable), you'll need to use the Ultimae remote to power it back on. Very impressive, ATMOS, sub is very powerful and the wireless satellite speakers are great. Setup was super easy, everything was already linked so I didn't have to bind anything. Very loud, very clean sound. Amazing packaging that was very well thought out and represented the quality of the unit. The soundbar is 3 piece that snaps together which is a very cool feature for shipping. The remote is user friendly and the HDMI eARC connected Setup was a breeze. This has outperformed all my other soundbars by leaps and bounds. Give it a try, no it's not a component 7.1 but let's be honest, its one of the best performing soundbar units that's easy, sounds great and really brings your movies alive. I couldn’t be more impressed with the ULTIMEA X70 soundbar. The sound quality is absolutely phenomenal crisp, detailed, and perfectly balanced across everything from dialogue to music. Voices come through incredibly clear, even at lower volumes, which makes a huge difference when watching movies or shows late at night. What really sets this system apart, though, is the thundering bass.     • Easy Setup & Immersive Sound
After researching several sound systems, I decided to try the Ultimea Skywave X70 7.1.4 Soundbar, and so far I’ve been very pleased with it. Setup was quick and simple. I specifically wanted a system with a wireless subwoofer and rear surround speakers, and everything paired smoothly using HDMI eARC without any problems. I’m not an audiophile, but the remote’s sound settings were easy to use and allowed me to fine-tune the system to my liking. The surround effect is noticeable right away, and after a few adjustments you can actually feel the bass, which makes movies and shows much more engaging. Build quality is solid overall. The subwoofer feels slightly better built than the soundbar and surround speakers. The only minor downside is that the speaker cords feel a bit stiff and plasticky, but this hasn’t affected performance. Overall, I’m very happy with this system. For the money this system is amazing and looks amazing. It rivals a lot of much higher priced systems but be forewarned that this sub is huge but it looks great so having it out front and center isn’t so bad. The sound and base quality is amazing however the only downside side is the monster base. So I highly recommend leaving the system on voice setting and adjusting eq levels from there. That setting works perfectly for everything from watching YouTube to gaming to the most crazy action movies “Transformers”!!! Can’t forget the remote. The remote is simple and gets the job done but it’s almost not ever needed since the app is what really does the work and since this system seamlessly links to your tv, the tv remote turns it on and controls the volume. ... show more

Update Customer support reached out and they really care about their customers, they even offered me to try some of their other products on their account. I am adding one more star to my review because they are going above and beyond to make it better ------------ While build quality is amazing, those speakers are really hard to balance to achieve a satisfying surround sound. I am honestly suprised of the high reviews, I have a jmgo N3 ultimate projector and the projector sounds better than these to be honest. The sub is amazing though, base will shake the room but at the same time u will end up lowering it down ALOT because u won't hear the dialog. Also seems like some speakers are firing even when they should not? Or i am just feeling that because the rear surround speakers are super weak and get dominated by the sound bar effects.( yes I have it connecting using eArc ) I ended up returning it, sad.. I was looking forward to it given it comes with a premium price. If u have a TV with terrible audio maybe get the cheaper version of this. ( i got the x70) but yeah.. not for me. ... show more
