The Ultimea Poseidon D50 is a great 5.1 sound system for a small/medium sized bedroom at a reasonable price. The system has enough power to fill the room with immersive audio, very clear highs and lows that are punchy and don't just sound muddy. Multiple preset EQ's and the ability to manually set your own preferred EQ is nice. The build quality and ease of setup is adequate, the satellite speakers connect to the subwoofer with long cables using an RCA type for a secure and reliable connection, which then connect wireless to the soundbar. The remote is not as nice quality and does feel cheap, however it serves it's purpose and has all the controls you'd need at hand, and if you don't wanna use it you can always download the app and have your phone be the remote. Overall, Ultimea provides a good system for the price point that performs well in a bedroom setting no matter the kind of entertainment you're looking to enjoy. I've used other soundbars for years, and I've always thought one was just like another, and for the most part that has been my experience. This time, I decided to try something with more Smarthome capabilities, and I have not been disappointed. The app for the Poseidon D50 Soundbar is easy to download once you scan the QR code on the box, and the multiple options for sound optimization are easy to use and comprehensive. There was almost no setup involved really, just plug-and-play + download the app and it auto connects. The think has a sleek look on my dresser/tv stand and it doesn't take up much space at all. The satellite speakers are small and easy to conceal on my headboard shelf behind my bed. The sub has significant presence even turned low and I love that I don't have to fight to feel the sound. 4.5 stars! Honestly unbeatable value for the price. Easy set up, comes with everything you need to get started except for batteries in the remote. The surround sound and sub really do sound quite great, my only complaint would be that if you use the sound bar on its own, the bass will be lacking - however the sub and surround speakers compensate very well for it! Only reason it's not 5 stars is because of no included remote batteries and the front unit could sound a little more base filled. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase! :D ... show more

Update: customer service immediately got in contact with me to resolve the issue. They gave me options and let me decide which option to go with. I could have gotten a full refund, but I wanted to give them another chance. Within 3 days I received a replacement system. And it sounds amazing. You have so many options to hook up your system. Aux, HDMI, Bluetooth, optical. Customer service did an amazing job on making things right! I would highly recommend this system. For the price and quality, it's pretty good! And if you don't like it, customer service will be happy to help you. So if your thinking about buying, I would say go for it. You really have nothing to lose by trying because they really do make it right! I'm not saying my issue is common, but like anything you buy, there is a chance it will happen. Delivery could have damaged this, handling as well. It could have been many factors that caused the static. But they made it right. Thank you guys for the great service! My speakers work amazing and the sound is clear and crisp no static anymore! Speaker became static filled only after a month of use. ... show more

I ordered this as a birthday present to myself and I have got to say “I LOVE IT” and super easy to set up. Very nice surround sound, sounds like I am at a theater.     • Sound cuts in and out
Speakers constantly cut in and out.. sounds great when it’s actually working but it’s super annoying listening to the sound bounce from speaker to speaker time after time anytime it’s being used.
