I bought this product and started using it 6 weeks ago. I had been wanting to get an ipl for a couple of years but didn’t want to waste my money on it if it didn’t work. I have been pleasantly surprised!! This is so worth every penny. I have been using it every other day, shaving smooth prior to use each time. I use it on my full legs, Brazilian area, and armpits. I am fair skinned but have an olive undertone and my hair is dark. I noticed some results within a few weeks. I just went on vacation last week and I didn’t need to shave my legs once. I couldn’t see hair growth on them and they felt pretty smooth but I did notice I have some blonder hairs which were growing in sparsely but you really can’t see those ones. My brazillian area is a little more stubborn, but I can tell the hair is growing slower and more patchy. I’m hopeful that after using the full 12 weeks that area will be hair free as well! I used to have to shave every single day to not feel stubble on my legs and I would get razor burn so often. Now I won’t have to worry about that anymore . This product is a lifesaver! ... show more

Where to start ... I LOVE the sleek design and color of this tool. It's very aesthetically pleasing and works incredibly well. I've tried other IPL devices and had minimal to no change in my hair growth. I've been using this tool consistently for 5 weeks now, 3x/week for the first and then 2x/week since. I just did a 1-week test to see how my hair was growing in since I wasn't sure with shaving almost every day to be able to easily fit IPL sessions into my days with busy work/mom life. I was SHOCKED. After a week of not shaving or using the Ulike I had minimal regrowth on my legs and cookie. And virtually no regrowth in my pit. I will continue treatments and highly recommend this product for those with appropriate hair types! ... show more

I used this thing everywhere... took 7 weeks to really start to see results. To be fair, I do have copious amounts and it's very thick and dark in the "nether" regions. I used an epilator before and for the most part...slower grow back but after years, you think it would thin out. So I tried waxing....no freaking way. This girl is way to bushy. That was a pain that I was not willing to go through monthly. So thanks to social media, I decided this was going to be as good as it was going to get. Occasionally I have pin pricks but overall...no problem with any pain whatsoever. I also have it on the highest setting. I just worry though when using on the face. No matter how well I cover and close my eyes, there is still quite the blinding light. So far I can still see and read all the flub on the internet as well as see my lovely puppies amused looks at their mother doing ungodly things to herself. ... show more

I loved the packaging! Was initially missing the power cord, but they did send a replacement and a very nice free gift (storage box with UV sterilization) for it missing in the first place. I am a little over 3 weeks into using it and I am starting to notice the hair growth slowing down. Certain areas of my bikini area are much smooth when I do shave. I have only been able to concentrate on that area right now because it is hard to find the time to do all the areas every other day. I was originally trying under arms, legs and bikini. I was hesitant as I've heard these things don't work. Nevertheless I bit the bullet and bought after several ingrown hairs after waxing. Buy it! No more razor stubble or ingrown hairs! I've only used it for 6 weeks and have the smoothest hairless skin in areas I've used it. I've started doing my guys upper arms and shoulders and he already has noticeable less hair growth. As far as burn, nope. There's a small sting with the zap but nothing too painful that made me stop. Excellent product! *you do need to remember the little application window is small, so I adjusted and realized I had to move it very little while using . The Ute’s IPL came packaged very well. I’m off to a slow start, I was using every 3 days, but learned I can use it every other day to start.
