Even though it seemed like a good idea at the time to have two in on for my tablet and phone I wish I would have purchased it separately. It charges quickly but with not even a year the adapter gets loose and have to wiggle the wire to make contact for both phone and tablet. And I just found out that I believe the adapter caused my phone connection to be loose as well. Regular chargers still work well with my phone and tablet so I know it's this cable that I have issues with. Update: This company did good to solve the issue. They contacted me and offered me a replacement charger at no charge. These are the companies we like to buy from. They care more about satisfying the customer than loosing a few dollars. I needed a charger for my Kindle that I could plug into wall outlets, and this does the trick. It comes with two sizes of USB connectors (my Kindle requires the micro USB connector). Seems to charge faster than plugging it into a computer. Very happy with this charger.

I bought this in late Jan. '24 and was happy with the cord length, braided construction and speed of charging. However, now in early April, the connection is loose and I have to fiddle with it to connect to charge and then hold it in place to keep it charging. I'm not hard on cords and am disappointed that this has not held up well. Revised opinion- After writing this review, I realized that the charger port on my 7 year old Kindle Fire is more likely the problem, not this particular charger. The seller has also generously offered to send a free replacement of the charger, impressing me with their customer service. I won't impose on their generosity and will seek to get my Kindle's port replaced/repaired. ... show more
