This cable is very expensive. It is not as smooth and silky as claimed. In fact the cable I received was heavy, lumpy and sharp bends left it with lumps ( bends remained after removal of the bend) so there is some memory effect which is very disappointing (considering Ankers reputation for quality). Moreover the cable I received had an unfortunate intermittent electrical connection at the USBc end of the cable. Contacting Anker support yielded some unusual requests from them referencing a proof of purchase, shipping address, serial number, picture of the cable, and other questions atypical of an Amazon merchant, especially one like Anker. Eventually someone reasonable contacted me and promised to ship me another cable. The replacement cable was pathetic, even worse than the original. It is almost as if they fished a few wires into a silicone tube so it fits like a loose condom. I have attached images. This has got to be the heaviest. lumpiest and poorly-constructed cable I have ever received, especially from a company with a previously stellar reputation for design and quality like Anker. This is clearly a loser product at a premium price. Still, I remain underwhelmed. Do not buy this cable. There are plenty of alternatives out there. This is not something anyone should consider I think, actually I hope, Anker can to better then this garbage! ... show more

It may sound weird, but this may be my favorite charger out of any I’ve ever had. The material just feels..different; it’s so soft feeling and bends without feeling like your bending it. I would definitely recommend you get this one over the regular powerlines or Apple chargers.

I’ve been buying Anker chargers for my iPhones for about 5 years now. This is the only one I’ve been disappointed in. Maybe it was a dud, but I missed the return/exchange window so I’m not willing to buy another one to find out. Every time I go to plug my phone in, there is no charge. I have to unplug this cable from the USB box, or unplug the USB from the wall, in order for some juice to go through again. This is super annoying since I have to dig behind my bed for the outlet each time. I tried to use different outlets and USB ports, but it happened basically every time I unplug my phone. I’ll try a different style next time. I will say, this is a nice quality and color, so it’s a shame The product itself didn’t deliver on performance and reliability. ... show more

This has become my go to cable for charging my phone around the house. Its so soft, almost like a cooked spaghetti noodle, and it supports fast charging. I’ve had it for a couple of months and use it multiple times a day and it still looks brand new. I bought the white variant and assumed it might show some dirt eventually but so far its still bright white. I typically keep it plugged in by my bed for charging at night and ill throw my phone on it when I’m home throughout the day. One thing that does irk me is Anker brags about their lifetime warranty on some of their cables but this one only gets an 18 month warranty. Thats kind of hypocritical to me. This seems much more for looks and feel than actual durability and functionality. Also this is very expensive and although I like Anker products they charge really too much for something like this. I prefer Uni now for cables as they are almost $10 less

I was hopeful upon opening the package however today the wire is showing the same issue every other cheap pharmacy wire shows. The wire works if I don’t move the phone. Once I pick it up it loses contact inside the lightening end.

Yeah, it’s nice and Anker claims it’s the longest lasting cable but I don’t even know why I bought it. I’ve been using Anker cables for a long time and not one has failed. I thought one had failed a few years ago and Anker replaced it for free but it didn’t fail. It was the user failure. 🤣. Anker has 18 month no question ask warranty so that’s that. I didn't expect this from Anker, the cable looks a bit beaten up right off the pack. It doesn't appear to be brand new as it had some visible marks right after removing it from the package. There are around 5-6 marks I found on it! But charging wise, I have used it for 1 day till now and no issues. But worn marks in a brand new cable, no customer will be happy! ... show more
