Dock works perfect. You HAVE to use the original power cord that came with your switch. If you do not the Dock will not work as intended. Nintendo is not a fan non-Nintendo products so keep it as original as possible.

This dog for the Nintendo switch is such an upgrade compared to the ridiculously expensive dock that comes with or that you would buy separately for the original Nintendo docking system and you cannot scratch your screen while inserting it into the dock because there's no brick walls to rub against there's a springboard where the USB c Port is so that it's protected while it's not in use and when you place the switch down onto it the springboard goes down with it very easily and gently and sits down with it and it is such an amazing product it's so small it's literally so small you could put it in your pocket it has HDMI capability has USB capability 3.0 and 2.0 and USBC so it's more than worth the money and I am so satisfied with it if you have a Nintendo switch you need to buy buy this and ditch your old school doc! ... show more

If there was an option for zero stars that would be this product. Several people who have purchased state it killed their switch. This was the same for me. YouTube university to the rescue. Comes with no USB c cable or power block or HDMI cable. Yall spend the extra money and buy the proprietary extra Nintendo Switch dock. ... show more

I'll be straightforward, this product is exactly what it says it does and it does it well! The only thing you should know up front is if you don't have an HDMI cable as well as a power source don't expect one to come with this product because it doesn't. Other than that it works great. Little hard to get into the holder but once it gets in there it stays in there just fine. ... show more

    • Rarely use it, already having issues with connection
It just started today, I've used this dock less than 10 times and it's already started to have connection issues. It randomly went in and out, will update if issues continue/stop.

    • Great Alternative Switch dock.
Using this aftermarket dock has been great. It is much smaller than the original dock, and the ports are much easier to access than having to fumble with the plastic cover-tray that the original requires you to snap open and closed anytime you'd like to plug/unplug a cable. These seem like minor boons, but even though my TV stand is open and has plenty of room, the original dock made things as cumbersome as possible, and it's surprising how much a little ease of use can be appreciated when you mess with something like this, at least a hand full of times, each week. ... show more
