** update 2/12/2025 ** I have changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. The seller reached out to me personally. They have used the information I provided in this review to make design changes. After my interactions with the seller, I am excited to try out their new, updated and redesigned, chair. I have yet to find a chair sutible to my needs and am looking forward to the new version of this one. The integrity of this company is to be applauded. We need more manufacturers and sellers like this in the world. After saying all the negatives (below) here are the positives: * Great customer service * Easy setup directly out of the box * Easy to fold and unfold * Comfortable, seriously. I have used several wheelchairs, and this one was the most comfortable I have used under $2000 * Quick to charge *original post November 2024, 1 star* Looks great, but after maybe 20 minutes of use on sidewalks, no grade more than a wheelchair ramp, the right motor started overheating. It was audibly burning out, smelling of overheated electronics. The right wheel clutch had locked up. We could not put it in manual mode to push it because the clutch had seized. I was stranded for over an hour outside on a sidewalk in 40 degree Fahrenheit weather because no one could get it to work. Maybe I got a bad one. Maybe it was a fluke. My cold, chapped hands aren't willing to try again to find out. Takeaways - even if this chair had worked, I would recommend a different one. A chair with removable batteries would be much better. I wanted to use it to visit colleges with my daughter. I don't need a chair inside a hotel, but this one needs the whole chair to be moved to charge. Which is inconvient if traveling and it is packed away. It is also heavy and awkward to get into a Mazda CX5. I could not imagine trying to get it in a trunk. My husband does landscaping, moving 75-100lb bags of soil daily, and he found it difficult even though the chair is only 65lbs.

Well this sucks ! I paid almost $700.00 for a portable power chair that is totally junk ! I bought this chair the charger was broken and the chair don’t turn on ! So today Thanksgiving Dat 2024 while others enjoy time with their families I’m stuck home because I cannot reach anyone for this chair , no customer service or support!

I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis & am almost completely disabled. My arms, legs, feet, & hands don't work very well at all. I can't walk very far, I can walk into a pharmacy, drop off a prescription, walk out & have to go home & rest to be able to do my "daily chores". This helps me so much when going some place.

Update on my review: After reaching out to the seller page directly I was able to chat with the customer service agency and come to a prompt resolution for the battery. They did everything they could to help me and I appreciate their time and efforts. I purchased the chair in October 23 and unfortunately it broke in December 23. It was probably a dud and customer service was great in helping me. The battery eventually stopped holding a charge and I unfortunately cannot figure out how to fix it myself. Customer service was great and the design was excellent the chair itself was fantastic when it did work. It has a great design.

Arrived on time, put together was a little tricky because of the directions (small writing and a bad copy) but we still got it done. I love it so far the only thing I would change is the lowest speeds too fast, in the house I need it slower. I also purchased the organizer bag that Amazon suggests and it's great.

As reported by other people, the charger came cracked on the side. Plastic is super flimsy like it was 3d printed. Maneuvering was a pain in tight spaces like an elevator and made it awkward when other people were near. Definitely does not turn on a dime. Also, there were times it would not turn at all. The weekend I used it the battery lasted longer then expected but also babied the battery by shutting it off and on when not in use. Battery charger is super slow. Even after 45 min to and hour the power bar did not even go up one. Speaking of the battery indicator it was not super reliable.
