Features

  • UHF Stable TransmissionThe wireless violin microphone system utilizes UHF frequency and advanced digital audio transmission technology, featuring infrared automatic pairing, a 48kHz sampling rate, and an ultra-short audio delay. This ensures recording-quality sound transmission. The system offers stable transmission up to 130ft in open areas. (Note: Please ensure the antenna on the bottom of the receiver is installed before formal use.)
  • High Quality Sound ReproductionThe VT-5 violin microphone set with its built-in highly sensitive condenser mic, perfectly captures the instrument's soundtrack, delivering sound that is clearer and more realistic. It includes a 6.35mm to 3.5mm adapter for compatibility with various active PA systems, active speakers, amplifiers, and audio mixers. Also included with a carrying case for easy and secure to travel with any show.
  • 16 Adjustable ChannelsThis violin mic provides 16 preset groups of adjustable channels to address potential interference issues and supports up to 4 systems for use on the same occasion. To pair the systems, match the first transmitter with the first receiver by setting them to the same channel. When pairing the second set, it is recommended to select a channel number that is more than 3 channels apart from the first one. Follow the same method for subsequent systems until all four are matched.
  • Gooseneck Adjustable Clip-On DesignThe violin microphone wireless transmitter features a spring clip with silicone that clamps onto the side of the violin, ensuring a firm and steady grip without causing damage. The gooseneck is a flexible design made from high-quality materials, providing stability and easy adjustment without the annoying rebound.
  • 6 Hours Continuous Use TimeThe violin mic transmitter and receiver equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery, offers 6 hours of continuous use after a 2.5 to 3-hour charge. Included in the package is a 2-in-1 charging cable for simultaneously charging both the transmitter and receiver. • Amazing sound, easy set up and a must have if you play instruments.
Size: VT-5
I got this for my sister-in-law. She is a solo guitarist playing at coffee shops and bars. She did a solo performance for the family last night to try this microphone out, and the sound was amazingly good. The setup was easy for her. The construction of this piece is excellent after watching her play for an hour. I wish I were as talented as her. I am very happy with this purchase. My sister-in-law is happy to have this. I recommend. ... show more

Took me about a frustrating hour to realize that in order sync, you actually have to touch the IR screens to each other in order to get it to sync. It should be clear in the instructions!

  • Good pickup
Size: VT-5
I had been looking for an instrument mic that I can use when I play with my band during performances. We've been using stand mics, but I tend to move around when I play, and I don't like to be stuck in one position all the time. This mic has good pickup. It sits on top of a goose neck and is attached to what appears to be 'springs' which act as a vibration dampener. It's easy to pair. The downside to this is the size, it is rather big especially with the windscreen attached, so you can see it while you play. The instrument clamp is spring loaded and is rather tight. I had to be very careful when attaching as I did not want to scratch my instrument. It has 2 small suction cups on the top and bottom of the 'clamp' and a piece of foam on the inside. It's also made of plastic and I'm not sure how well it will hold up in the long run. Set up was easy and it worked right away. The trick was finding the right gain and volume levels on the amp to avoid feedback. They also included a nice case to hold everything. ... show more

  • Great sound, Easy to use
Size: VT-5
Very simple to set up. Way better sound than the "tinny" corded pickups. Great value. Every professional musician should have one.

  • Probably the worse piece of audio gear I've ever met
Size: VT-5
Amazon prompts reviews with "what did you like" and "what did you dislike"? I'll start with what I liked: absolutely nothing. What I didn't like: everything else about it. The mounting system springs were soooo tight that I could barely expand it to get it on the violin. Also, there was no hope of fitting it on anything bigger, like a regular F-style mandolin. The little suction cups also seemed like the wrong idea, since it wasn't really deep enough to reach around the bump on the edge of the violin, so the suction cups just sort of mushed against it and didn't actually suction. I did the pairing process because the LEDs weren't very clear about whether it was paired already (I think it was), and that worked...reasonably well, I guess. Then we come to audio quality, which was just beyond words to describe how disappointingly awful and stupid this thing is. Even the slightest touch on the foam or the boom produced a thump in the speakers, but I couldn't get it to pick up actual notes for the life of me, until I turned the speaker up so loud that the system devolved into aggressive feedback. For fun I just held it right above guitar strings and strummed, and couldn't hear anything coming from the amp, which I then turned up loud enough to hear the strumming and immediately got feedback there. I tried speaking into the mic and in spite of the foam windscreen, my voice was very thumpy and poppy. I held it in front of my flute as shown in the images (even though I don't have that mount) and all it could pick up was thunderous wind noise. Like, this is comically bad, like a Saturday Night Live sketch about a cursed microphone that only picks up the bad sounds you make but not any of the good ones. I could barely hear my voice anyway, as it was muddy and distant sounding. Bad mounting experience, terrible audio experience, utterly useless. I disliked every minute I wasted trying to get this to do what it's supposed to. ... show more
