Game changer for my mac mini. I had quickly run through all the available ports on my mac. Between peripherals, audio, and displays I was out of thunderbolt ports. And I can't stand the look of running my speaker 3.5 mm cable to the front of my mac. The extra ports on the back from this solve all my problems (using a USB c adapter for audio). Installation was easy. I was able to quickly install a 512 GB NVME drive that I had, and it was immediately recognized by my mac. I will say, you aren't going to get the theoretical transfer speeds it advertises but I think any tech savvy person would realize that. The thing I appreciate most, aside from all the functionality provided by the ports, was the perfectly matched color. It looks like it was meant for the Mac mini, not like an ugly USB hub. Beyond the color match, it also keeps my desk looking clean. Everything is plugged in behind my mac mini, and I no longer need a USB micro SD reader. I'd been using a USB a to USB c adapter for that too, so it was a real eyesore. I haven't used the added power switch lever much, but I think it's a nice touch. For an affordable price, this adds so much functionality to your Mac mini. It's a no brainer.

★★★★★ Excellent Upgrade Over My Previous Dock I purchased this UGREEN dock for my Mac mini M4 after having repeated problems with two different RayCue docks. Both RayCue docks would randomly disconnect my Samsung 990 PRO 2TB SSD, causing “Disk Not Ejected Properly” warnings and interrupting my Time Machine backups. Since switching to the UGREEN dock, the difference has been night and day. My Samsung 990 PRO has remained connected without a single unexpected disconnect or unmount. I’ve completed multiple Time Machine backups and large file transfers, and everything has been completely stable. The dock also does a great job dissipating heat through the bottom, and the SSD temperatures have remained well under control during extended use. The build quality feels solid, installation was straightforward, and it fits perfectly with the Mac mini. If you’re looking for a reliable NVMe dock for a Mac mini, especially if you’re using it for Time Machine or as expanded storage, I highly recommend this UGREEN dock. It’s been rock-solid and has completely solved the issues I was experiencing with my previous docks.

I had a pretty bad Mac Mini dock before and this was a huge upgrade. The last one messed with my wifi and the Mac hardly stayed in place but this one feels very secure and stable. The build quality is good, the cable is very slim and sleek, no weird wifi or connection issues and lots of useful ports. I have lots of peripherals I’ve plugged into it and I haven’t had any problems with it. Very pleased with it so far.

Amazing addition for the mac mini M4 in terms of aesthetics and functionality. Single data connection cord aligns and plugs in perfectly. The SSD enclosure built in gives you instant access via high-speed thunderbolt 4 to an NVME SSD up to 8TB. No installation required in terms of tools. Has a nice paddle if you need to access the power button, and doesn't interfere with the mac mini's cooling systems. Only slight annoyance is that the mac is just sitting on top of it, there's no "firm" attachment.

This is a great hub for a Mac mini M4. It have more ports than most hubs like this one that sits under the Mac mini. I was able to connect all these devices in the back of the hub and Mac mini. Connection to the hub, connection to the display, two external ssd storage drives, wired keyboard and wired mouse. And a power supply for the hub as well. It doesn't have to have the power supply, but I added it because I connect so much to it. Also I added a ssd into the hub itself to use as my Time Machine. Saves using another port for that!. It works great and I love it! And it looks so nice as it matches the Mac mini's appearance very well. There is also a lever in the back corner to turn on and off the Mac mini when needed to you don't have to pick up the Mac mini to find the power button.

A wonderful, and needed accessory to your Mac Mini. I recently upgraded from a 10-year old iMac 27” to a Mac Mini M4. If you have been in the Mac eco-system for a while as I have you will dearly miss the USB-A ports that are not on the Mac Mini. This is the excellent solution. USB-A, USB-C ports, and an NVMe SSD expansion enclosure for an SSD if you need more storage. I didn’t need the additional storage, right now at least, but nice knowing I can go there in the future (expansion SSD not included so that is a future purchase when needed). I fits well under the Mac Mini — make sure you are putting it there so you can connect the USB-C connector from the dock UP to a Mac Mini USB-C port. Even has a clever switch in the back left corner to power off/on your Mac Mini without having to lift it up to get to that tiny power button. No external power needed also, unless you add an SSD in the future. So this jewel just sits there, BELOW the Mac Mini, and does its thing seamlessly. I can plug in older keyboards, mice, external USB-A drives, etc. that have USB-A connectors with ease. Very pleased with this purchase.

The Mac Mini M4 is a great little machine, but it's severely lacking in expansion ports, especially if you rock multiple monitors like me. The UGREEN dock adds 7 USB ports and two flash card slots (one of the USB-C ports is for PD only, so I didn't count it). I highly recommend attaching a USB-C charger that delivers at least 60W of power, especially if you install an NVMe SSD and use lots of peripherals that draw power from the ports, which I do. I have an 8TB NVMe SSD, USB audio interface and MIDI controller, and I know it was taxing the Mac Mini's power supply pretty heavily before I attached a 100W charger for some power overhead.. The hub sits perfectly beneath the Mac Mini and blends seamlessly with it. If you own a Mac Mini M4. you need this hub.
