Warmest gloves ever for a city person

I suffer from Reynaulds disease (meaning freezing hands & feet), so these gloves from Ugg are a like a gift from heaven. I find that they are the only gloves for regular use that keep my hands and fingers warm in freezing temperatures. To me, because they are an iconic fashion item, they go with everything. I do not hesitate to wear them with a dress coat. I even wear them when I'm outside on the running trail.

Arrived new, out package, with stitching unraveled!

I just got them and tried on. So warm and comfy!! I have Reynauds and willing to pay for a nice pair of gloves. I was very happy until I noticed a big problem. Stitching unraveled, see pic! Can I return with tags off?
