This is my first pair of UGGs. These replace a knock-off pair I've had for years. Unlike the knock-offs, these fit snugly around my foot, but are still roomy enough to wiggle my toes. (The knock-offs just let my foot slosh around in them and it would make for a tiring trek if I wore them hiking.) Poor Amazon; I've been on a quest for really comfortable walking shoes that aren't "athletic" shoes, are easy to get on and off, and look nice enough to wear around. Seriously, I've returned at least 6 pairs of shoes that didn't fit the bill. But these are keepers! I ordered the fawn, and then I ordered another pair in charcoal because I love them so much. The footbed is perfect - good support without having that really high arch support that can be irritating and cause your foot to roll out; it's just the right amount of cushion. The toe box is roomy and adjustable with the laces for a perfect fit, and then you just zip in and out of them. They come with peach striped fawn laces, but UGG - very considerately! - supplies a pair of plain fawn laces too, in case you aren't into peachy/pink things. The laces are a little too long, but hey. They appear to be very well made; the suede is lovely and soft. I've been wearing them all day for two days and my feet are so happy. I wear a 10 1/2 (which apparently isn't really a thing) or 11, and are possibly a bit long, but otherwise a very good fit. ... show more

My last pair of Ugg boots were just the plain tall ones. I liked them and they literally lasted 9 years! The only reason they crapped out it because my dog bit them and put a hole into the toe and I did t like the air conditioning on my toes. I thought the ones with a button were a little cuter. Because we all know that Ugg boots are Uggly but I just have to have them for how warm and cozy they are. I wish they had a bigger arch but I will settle. ... show more

Recently purchased the Triple Button Bailey in Grey. Usually wear a size 6.5, but ordered a size 6. Foot length was perfect. However, it was a bit tight on the calf, which was unexpected. I figured that with the elastic bands that there would be more ‘give.’ Well, not so much. The top most elastic band is rather tight, but the middle and bottom are just right. Not sure if this was a manufacturing defect or what. These are super cute boots, but the main issue I had was that the fabric split! It was on the top of the boot rim. These have a raw edge so it’s more fragile than the “Classic” that has a nylon wrapped/finished edge. I posted two pictures showing the boot rim. One is normal with no gap. The second shows a visible gap between the rim layer as it split. Mind you, I’ve only had these boots for 2 weeks and worn them maybe about 3 times. For boots costing $220, this is extremely disappointing. (Hence, the 3 star rating.) I will be retuning this pair for another one. Again, I’m hoping this is a manufacture defect and not a persistent issue. As far as the concern of it being fake, the pair I got was not. You can check on which company the boots are sold from. It’s located right below the “add to cart” and “buy now” buttons. It’ll say “Sold by <name> and fulfilled by Amazon.” It’s kind of in small print unfortunately and easy to miss.
