I got this product because I developed a sore forearm from a combination of weight lifting and bowling. I have to admit that when I saw athletes start to wear these a few years ago I was a skeptic, thinking it was just a fad, something to 'look cool' with. But now that I have worn this for a few weeks, I really think it helps. My arm feels warmer and the muscles supported, and I think that it, in conjunction with heat, ice, stretching and modifying my activities has helped to get rid of soreness that was really hanging on. Not a scientific study, of course, but I won't be without this based upon my 'series of one' experience! The medium fits me well as a fairly tall and slender man. I bought these for a Spartan race I did over the weekend (11/17/2019) to protect my arms from climbing walls, crawling, etc and they did a great job. Half through the course someone ask me if I was hot with my arm sleeves on and I said you don't really feel them. If you are going to be outside and need a sleeve but don't want to wear a long shirt, these work great and they are moisture wicking, so you don't even feel that they are there. ... show more

Nice material and blocks the sun, but inconsistent sizing. Bought two mediums (155lbs, 5’7), and one is tighter than the other which makes it harder to put on.

I have two very messed up shoulders which cause arm pain. These sleeves help with compression and also with keeping my arms "warmed up" through the day. Good fit, very durable. I'm not a big person so they cover my whole arm, but plenty of stretch even though my muscles are not as big as they used to be. The fabric has started to pull a bit, but I work these babies hard.
