Loved this box springs. I really didn't need it as my present bed adequately supports the mattress I got. However, the height was an issue. With my limited mobility, getting out of bed was agony. This item provided a boost in level and a less expensive alternative then getting a new frame. Now I can get up with ease and the frame works perfectly. It increased the height exactly to the level I needed, and I can ge up with no more charley horses trying to get up to walk. There is no creaking or other noise. At first I was overwhelmed at the parts to put this together. Took one step at a time and it actually went together pretty quickly. With 2 people would take less. It is very sturdy and made the mattress very firm. They even included 1 extra screw of 2 different sizes. Fits a queen frame perfectly.
