I’ve had this cabinet, or at least something similar in my cart for months. The shoe storage I had was driving me crazy. I finally pulled the trigger, and oh mylanta am I happy I did. This cabinet is gorgeous! It came packaged nicely, and was well labeled. Even though a sticker label had gotten moved to the wrong bag on the hardware (likely during transit), the instructions had easy to follow details and pictures, so it was simple to figure out what bits were required and when. This did take quite some time to put together, but I found it easy enough to do alone. My husband was in the other room- I was just being stubborn. We’ve been using it steadily for a couple weeks now, and it’s a great size, super stable, and makes our mudroom sooooo much prettier’ I’m not sure this would work for everyone. We are only a family of two, and I wear mostly flats, and the husband only has like five pairs of shoes, but for our everyday wear in a convenient location- perfect!

I have given very few reviews on Amazon in general. I searched for a shoe cabinet for about 3 months shoe deciding on this grey one. It was the least expensive and the only one around this price point with free shipping, so I bit the bullet and went for it. It has all the pieces (except i couldn't find the Y screws, but i was able to use extra of the T labeled screws) plus a few extras in case you lose some along the way, the directions were simple and easy to follow (unlike some pieces you have to put together), it was complete and made to be like real furniture where the thin back piece doesn't wobble and make noise. There's a cut out on the back piece, at the top, to secure it to the wall (I've never seen it done this way, but I love it). This is by far the easiest piece of furniture I've ever put together). It's beautiful and looks just as the photo. I couldn't be happier to hide my shoe clutter! Thank you for making an exceptional piece of furniture for a decent price!

The media could not be loaded. Aug 2023 edit: the Screws for the pulldown draws kept falling out. Had to replace with thucker Screws to keep it from being useless Pros- It looks at pictured. I love the look. It's pretty easy to assemble. Decent amount of storage space. Cons- I didn't install the 2nd divider because my kids boots wouldnt fit. Somehow the legs arent even so it's not sturdy. You have to anchor it to the wall or you risk it falling over everytime you open it. I'll probably just remove or replace the legs. The boot section is not made for people with big feet. Boots only fit sideways and if you're bigger than a women's 10 they won't fit neatly.

Not good for larger shoes but a beautiful storage solution for smaller shoes. Sturdier than expected, but highly recommend using the wall anchor to prevent tipping in homes with children and or animals. Beautiful. Exactly as pictured.

The media could not be loaded. Was actually so excited to get this product because of the good reviews and price but was so disappointed. Delivery for the item was pretty quick but upon reviewing the pieces against the instruction booklet some holes were drilled incorrectly. I reached out to customer service and they were initially going to send replacement pieces but said they were out of stock. Immediately after they sent me a return label to return the package and they would resend me a completely new one. Most companies if there’s something wrong with the product will just let you keep the wrong one and send you a new one but I had to go out of my way to drop it off at a FedEx location by myself (mind you I am a petite 5’4” female) and the box was extremely heavy. Right after I dropped it off they messaged me and said for the inconvenience I’d be able to keep it but at that time it was already too late. The second one arrived a couple days later and STILL the holes were drilled wrong. I reached out to customer service again and they said that the booklet was incorrect and the pieces were correct (if this is the case the company should really be updating the booklet so it all matches). They told me to just build it and it should work and if I had any questions to reach out. I was halfway through building it and the pieces ended up being right but I ran into a separate issue. The round hinges and screws for the hinges would not stay in. I tried everything even as far as using a spare screw that was longer to see if that would fix the issue but it wouldn’t. Additionally two out of four of those plastic pieces did not have holes in them making it impossible for the screws to even be screwed into the wooden plank. Since that didn’t work the shoe rack was basically useless and unbuildable. I reached out to customer service for a full refund due to the multiple inconveniences and was given a hard time about it. They offered to send replacement plastics pieces and screws but they completely missed the point. The ones with holes and screws would not even stay in place so how would sending new ones work? I went back and forth the customer service (they were even going to make me take apart everything again send back this one again which is just ridiculous). They finally agreed to a full refund but 100% was not happy with customer service and would not recommend this product to anyone. Waste of time and money.

Purchased this to go along a hall wall in my entryway. It looks great and is nice and narrow so it doesn't take up too much of the hall. I assembled it myself and it wasn't any harder than other furniture I have assemble (but I have assembled a lot of furniture) except the step of putting the assembled shoe doors into the unit. I had to get help holding them in place so I could attach them. I was nervous about the hardware for attaching the drawers because it is plastic and I had read reviews of people having problems with them. I bought it thinking worst case I would purchase the metal hardware and reinstall it. I haven't had any issues using it for almost 5 months but I am careful when I close the door so I am not too hard on the plastic. You can put boots in it sideways but I prefer to use it for quick grab flats, tennis shoes and sandals as they fit better. I have women's size 11 shoes and my shoes and fit 7 pairs in each drawer. The top drawer is also great for keeping items that are helpful to have in the entryway out of sight. Overall it is the best shoes storage solution I have.
