I have given very few reviews on Amazon in general. I searched for a shoe cabinet for about 3 months shoe deciding on this grey one. It was the least expensive and the only one around this price point with free shipping, so I bit the bullet and went for it. It has all the pieces (except i couldn't find the Y screws, but i was able to use extra of the T labeled screws) plus a few extras in case you lose some along the way, the directions were simple and easy to follow (unlike some pieces you have to put together), it was complete and made to be like real furniture where the thin back piece doesn't wobble and make noise. There's a cut out on the back piece, at the top, to secure it to the wall (I've never seen it done this way, but I love it). This is by far the easiest piece of furniture I've ever put together). It's beautiful and looks just as the photo. I couldn't be happier to hide my shoe clutter! Thank you for making an exceptional piece of furniture for a decent price! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Aug 2023 edit: the Screws for the pulldown draws kept falling out. Had to replace with thucker Screws to keep it from being useless Pros- It looks at pictured. I love the look. It's pretty easy to assemble. Decent amount of storage space. Cons- I didn't install the 2nd divider because my kids boots wouldnt fit. Somehow the legs arent even so it's not sturdy. You have to anchor it to the wall or you risk it falling over everytime you open it. I'll probably just remove or replace the legs. The boot section is not made for people with big feet. Boots only fit sideways and if you're bigger than a women's 10 they won't fit neatly. ... show more

This item is quality and beautiful. I was so impressed and shared the link on social media. EXCELLENT customer service!! Keep in mind there are TONS of screws and you will need a small screwdriver& a mallet. It would be nice if they provided the screwdriver at least for the price. This took me some time to put together as you are manually screwing the parts in. One of the pieces arrived damaged and they quickly confirmed and replaced the part. Also one of the screw packets toward the end was missing but was able to use screws from a different package to screw in the top drawer. Package is very heavy so be careful when it is delivered. ... show more

I absolutely loved the design of this product and was super excited to get it for my mom who's been in desperate need of a new shoe rack. Unfortunately this product uses cheaply made low quality material which I initially knew it would be considering the product's price. However, I did not expect for this product to be deemed unusable with the materials it came with originally. The screws used to attach the plastic shoe tiers are not long enough to withhold the products own weight let alone any addition weight with your shoes. The tiers IMMEDIATELY fell apart by itself WITHOUT any shoes inside. This means the product would not be able to hold even a single pair of shoes with the screws that were provided. I saw another review with the same problem and they also had to use their own longer screw to hold this piece together. Absolutely horrible. Also not to mention I bought this item on sale for $150 thinking i was getting a deal since original price was $190, but then I paid $80 for shipping. Now looking at the listing since the sale is over the price of shipping is $40 and the price of the product is $190 lol. AKA I got completely fooled into thinking I received a deal on this product, fool me once shame on me. ... show more

    • Good enough space to house even bulky sneakers

Looks as pictured. I purchased the grey with gold trim. Purchased to house 13 pair of sneakers; so that gives you an idea of how much space is inside. I did not include hightop sneakers, but you can make hightops fit by adjusting the dividers inside before final assembly. I specially like the pull down drawer at the top. Makes for stashing extra laces, purses or shoe cleaning supplies. Took me a couple of hours to assemble alone. I recommend first placing all parts and bolts on the floor in alpha order and then go step by step. For the large, round inner bolts I used a screw driver; I don't recommend using an electric screwer driver for those. For other long screws I used one of those small electric screw drivers on low speed to protect my wrists. And at some point in the instructions (I believe when you're assembling the drawers) it recommended I only use a screw driver - which I did. Overall, I'm satisfied and it's attractive for any bedroom or foyer. ... show more

I am giving this product 5 stars due to the excellent customer service!! This product was shipped to me with a duplicate part (leaving one piece missing). I contacted UEV, and their customer service department very quickly and politely responded to me with a solution. UEV promptly shipped me the missing piece free of charge, and followed up to ensure that I was happy with the piece whenever it arrived. It was difficult to tell which piece I was missing due to the duplicate part and incorrect labeling of the duplicate part, so the first replacement piece they sent was still the incorrect part. They then sent me a second replacement piece, free of charge, which turned out to be the correct piece that I was missing. I would definitely order from UEV again, being that their customer service was prompt, polite, and provided a solution to my problem at no cost to me. As for the piece itself, it is very sturdy, and assembly took me a couple of hours. It is taller than I expected. Directions were easy to follow. The cabinet pieces did arrive with some scratches, but they didn’t bother me any (I just painted over them with black paint).
