The first day only the armrests were delivered and we were worried, but I messaged their customer service dept and received a response the same day. They provided all the tracking info for each box. The sofa was super easy to assemble, but watch the videos provided so you don't have to take it apart and start over. We completed the assembly in ~ 2hrs. I bought a condo with an awkwardly shaped small landing upstairs. Measured carefully and fit sections of this couch in. It looks like a built in! Buttery soft and durable after 6 months. Great storage in each section to keep all the video games and stuff in. This is a perfect sit and prop your feet sort of couch. Low profile support in back but my tall sons like it for gaming. Only negative for some might be that is it is NOT comfortable to sleep on for more than a short nap due to framework on sides of each section. But we use our other couch for that. Great buy for us! Not every box has instructions, my instructions were in the side arm box in the zippered pouch. HOWEVER, it was pretty easy to assemble. Wooden legs come with plastic washer and just screw into the base. Hook holes line up perfectly and base plates used to connect bottom of back rest and side arms lined up great. Luckily found the installation manual to get that done. Comes will all tools and wrenches to assemble....Plus lots of extra pieces for backup. Connection to keep sectionals together are done via a two peg steel bracket that goes into the holes on the bottom piece when you lift up the seat cushions. Each sectional has storage under the seat cushion. Overall, for the money it is worth it.. Especially if the run a sale like ~$250 off!! ... show more

We purchased the L Shaped Sofa-3 in brown. We love our module couch. We spend most of our down time in the living room and we are very pleased with how comfortable this couch is. The color is a spot on with the pictures the company posted. The storage compartment are very nice size too. We added furniture pads to the bottom of the legs and that was enough to allow our robot vacuum to get under the couch and vacuum. Customer service has been amazing. Excellent sectional that allows you lots of ways to configure it. I took a risk because there aren't a lot of reviews for this but all are positive. It does not disappoint! Fast shipping, Excellent communication from seller and mostly clear instructions. The pieces themselves aren't lettered but there's no way to confuse the parts. I recommend assembling all the pieces first before you attach them together. I could not find this same concept in real leather for under 3k so for a third of that Im happy. I have dogs so we'll see if it holds up over time but im feeling optimistic! ... show more
