Very pleased with shed. All parts were included and very well marked. One piece was bowed but fortunately, it didn't cause any problem. Our two adult sons put this together but it did take four guys to put the roof on. One son had experience with building these kinds of things and shared to put pieces together but not to fully tighten screws until the roof was in place. Instructions were okay. They figured out it was easier to put flooring pieces in as you were building rather than putting 3 floor sections together first then connect. So the flooring had to be done twice. We did caulk seams to ensure there were no leaks and hubby built screen covers to put inside over vents to prevent wasp from getting in to nest as well as keep other bugs out. Great purchase espcially for the price.

Took my husband and I, 13 hours to assemble. We put down 3/4 inch subflooring for better support for floor. My husband is in his 60’s and I am 70. The hardest part was the roof. Should have 3 people to assemble. Yes, I would buy again but we are limited budget. My “She Shed”! Going to insulate & run electric.

Fairly sturdy and attractive. Definitely a two-person affair - the two sets of included (and absolutely worthless) cotton work gloves were a good indicator. Pieces are cut and pre-drilled with accuracy; did not have trouble generally with alignment although as typical with sheet metal sometimes your particular situation will not allow perfect alignment. The included screws will self-tap into fresh metal, although they aren’t the strongest either. Longest part of the process has been removing the shipping film from every piece; understand the need but that was hours of effort itself. I will definitely add stronger fasteners to the roof as well as silicone each of the screws. The included nylon washers don’t get crushed enough by the mediocre screws to make a proper seal. The instructions that came were about 90% German - very well stated, in German… some pages were an odd mix of German and English.

They don't take any returns as any other normal company does and wants you to pay extra for shipping it back to them. In the meantime you have tor pray that you get a refund. We've been on the fight with amazon and the seller over this for the past 2 weeks. When amazon's first line is we approve the return, at that point no more money should come out of the customer's pocket. Amazon at this point is making a statement to stand by the return regardless and putting their name on the line. With us this is not the case. we tried to contact the 3rd party as amazon requested and was told we had to pay for shipping. we tried amazon again and was told by the rep that we could keep the item and be totally refunded for our purchase. The next day we were told an A to Z claim was filed and that they would be in touch. Amazon never reached out. Instead it was always me reaching out because they said i was guaranteed my refund which never showed up. We called Customer Service back and sent them pictures showing the damage after fighting because the company wanted the unopened boxes opened which i wasn't going to do. This would've given them a reason to deny the return. After the customer service rep got the photos, we were told it was escalated to the above the department for refund and resolution and that our refund would be within 4 days. Also we would get pre paid return shipping labels from amazon. the 4 days passed and the labels are never seen or delivered and refund never seen. Called back Amazon today for the same bs story from customer service stating that we have to pay for shipping. Customer Service with this company has gone through the floor. We shouldn't have pay for anything once amazon approves it. If they didn't want us to return it, they should've never given a timeframe to file a return in the first place. The product is flimsy, and you really cannot secure anything in them because you could slice through them with a razor blade. I live in a hurricane zone and this is not what i was looking forward to when i ordered them. They color is a gray when sandstone normally is a tan color as well. The Instructions though well thought out doesn't really portray the time it takes to really match everything in direction pieces go or build. It states its a resin shed which it is, but no where near the quality of a lifetime shed which is more durable. Amazon and this company really got one over on me. I won't be buying as much from amazon anymore as I find their promise of 100% customer guaranteed satisfaction to not be the standard anymore.

It is a PRETTY shed. The pieces are as thin as cardboard, but feels sturdy once put together. I put it together myself and just needed help with the roof. It does come in a million pieces! Don’t be discouraged, it is easy to assemble once you get the rhythm. I had some alignment issues with the roof, but I added extra brackets to hopefully keep in place. I also put anchors all around the shed. It’s made it through some heavy rain and wind storms so far. My concern is how it will hold up in the snow. Fingers crossed! Three stars because I wouldn’t label it DURABLE, I’d label it pretty and decent shed. If kept somewhere against a home, under an awning- I think will last a long time.

The shed arrived quickly. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy. The shed has kept the lawn we mower and other equipment dry even in wind and rain storms. It looks nice in the backyard and holds a lot more than expected.
